Loved the entrepreneur and family too! I mean what risk, what positivity, such stable confidence. Beautiful.
I appreciate you watching and commenting!
Tell it like it is- those 2 are idiots…..
I don’t think they are idiots, but they definitely took some risky moves. With that said, they likely sold their house for way more than it was worth thanks to the pandemic. Combine that with, lowered expenses, and if they just weather the up and downs of the pandemic in regards to the wedding they will make out huge. I appreciate you watching and commenting butiaklein!
it is patented! She did it right!
I certainly would hope so, especially a utility patent so it’s defendable. I appreciate you watching and commenting!
I don’t think it’s a great idea if you’re using real flowers and then find out you’re allergic to them by holding them right up to your face to take a sip.
That’s a wonderful point!! I appreciate you watching and commenting Posh Perfect!
@Super Joe Pardo Sadly I know because I’m allergic to pretty much all plants. There was even a news report about a Bride being allergic to her bouquet a few years ago. I think I saw it on Inside Edition. It completely ruined her wedding.
She had to go to the hospital for an antihistamine shot. Her face was completely swollen and her eyes were watering. When she returned for her reception, she just wore athletic clothes because she didn’t feel up to wearing her formal dress anymore. The photographer had to redo the photoshoot on another day. It was awful.
To be honest, I think a lot of brides will end up sick from this invention if they don’t use fake flowers. It’s a creative concept, but a big risk in my opinion.

I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. 🙁 Yeah I never really thought about the amount of people who may be allergic to real flowers. I’m definitely thinking fake is the way to go.
Just thinking about real flowers and how it may attract bees during certain times of the year too.
@Frankie Apparently the Bride in the news did not sniff her flowers of choice beforehand, which was unfortunate. They still captured the allergic reaction on camera that day, but got more pictures when she was better.

The photographer and videographer never thought of this idea because we don’t want them to drink! Water, yes. Any kind of alcoholic beverage, no. You can tell in the photos (for some people) when they’re drunk and it slows down the timeline because they aren’t paying attention and aren’t listening to you when you give them direction. That could result in the couple not liking their photos once they get them afterwards and your reputation suffering because they think you didn’t do a good job. Besides the whole getting drunk before your wedding part, I wouldn’t trust that it wouldn’t leak onto their dresses when we’re doing photos. The bouquet is not always held upright like that. There are a lot of poses where we have the flowers around his neck, or down by the side of the leg for a more casual look, etc… It’s a cute idea, but if it’s not 100% leak proof it’s not going to bode well. Just imagine those red wine stains on the wedding dress…
These are some great points Leah! And as someone who has filmed a few weddings over the years, I know the struggles of making sure everyone is acting right so you can do your job.
I appreciate you watching and commenting Leah!
Photos of wedding should be fun and genuine this is a fun idea all they have to do is make shure it wont spill
@Remy Sol I agree. And if the bridesmaids and bride are being fun and genuine (and aren’t strictly sober because of what’s in the bouquets), it’s even more likely they aren’t going to be paying strict attention to having their bouquets held upright the entire time.

Other than the fact that people were already hiding their drinks in other props. This is nothing new.
This shit is trash. Complete charity, sharks pick and choose who they want to help. They only had $2100K since 2018 and they didn’t say anything. Ridiculous. Smh …..
I don’t think it is charity, but it definitely has to prove the model. I hope to have her on my show to talk, and see if the deal actually winds up going through. I appreciate you watching and commenting Aurora.
It’s not charity, it’s a tax right off. The business will fail and they right if off. This is such a dumb idea. We carry stainless steel water bottles every where, even formal events and no one ever asks what we have in them. It’s that time in our era where everyone has decorative water bottles. Plus you are not committed to vodka anymore.
They are off to make kid #8!!! So happy for them
This is a great, funny little invention for weddings. It’s so cool and cute! Why are people so morbid and willing to stamp on other’s achievements so easily. Shark Tank has had a lot of whimsical products over the years and done well with them. Not every product has to be absolutely straight jacketed and ultra functional. This one was beautiful! People are just being too hard on them.
that’s my aunt
I wish I had this for my wedding!!
Time for wedding re-do! I appreciate you watching and commenting Shaindy!
If they’ were black they would have no deal. This was charity. Nice white couple got pulled out of the fire.
Eh, I don’t think it was charity. Kevin alone could sell tons of them through his wedding platform.
The funny thing is that on another pitch with a black woman people in the comments were saying she got the deal because she is black. Now these ones got the deal because they are white. The racism exists in you. Normally the person who is cheating is the one who gets jealous.
True!! Highly doubt they would have giving a black couple a chance.
who gives a fuck what color someones skin is
So when my friends got married we immediately went on a cruise from the ceremony. We gave the bride all the booze to hide on her body because we knew that they were not going to search her in her dress and it worked. She had like 5 1 gallon bladders attaches to her

So many questions. They were super nice people but didn’t really come off to bright. Why sell your house, why not refinance your house instead of sell it or cash out equity? It was only $60,000 they invested, take out a loan even. Just seems like a lot of very risky moves especially when you have 7 kids
I’m certain that is more to the story than made the final cut in the show. But generally, yes, these are risky moves for sure. As always, I appreciate you watching and commenting!
@Super Joe Pardo I wasn’t trying to be mean or rude. Just seems like for a $60,000 investment you could of had more options then quit a job and sell your house with 7 kids in it. Or 6 at the time I guess.

I don’t think you are being rude, it is risky. But that’s why I believe there is a lot more to the story. I’d love to have one or both of them come on to talk about their experience.
@Super Joe Pardo if they didn’t have kids I would say do them go for the risk. but when you throw in the fact that you are responsible for 6 kids it just seems irresponsible to risk it all for a drinking apparatus

@RegularGuyReacts they sold their home years before they developed this product and had 4 less kids. They also moved into her mother’s second home, barely paying her rent for it, and then bought it at a discounted price. They also have an 80k Denali SUV with custom rims. Don’t fall for the nonsense, you’re correct they are not too bright, but they know how to scheme and have no problems doing it.

One of the husband-wife founders of lingerie brand Third Love told me the biggest quality an entrepreneur needs is perseverance backed by belief (not necessarily blind belief though :)). And these two founders embody that more than anything.
It is very true.
Dumbest shit I’ve ever seen
I live in their neighborhood and they are liars about everything.
Don’t believe the lies
What lies are you referring to?
@Joe Pardo They didn’t sell their house to fund the product for one. They sold that house almost a decade ago when they had at least 4 less children. They also mooch off the state.

Good for them! I am a little surprised though that Lori told Diana of Magic Dates to go back to law school and was ok with this couple quitting their jobs. I think the product is a great side hustle personally but not necessarily an investable business yet.
