Don’t you love America? you can literally sue for anything. Did pop tart hurt this person’s childhood, that they felt it was necessary to sue over something as minor as pop tart not being 100% filled with strawberries?
It is crazy, I’m really not sure where the $5 Million lawsuit is coming from. Seems like an easy fix, and maybe sending the lady some free cases of Pop Tarts should fix the problem (with labels).
I thought they had to list the ingredients on the back of the packet, we live in a strange time, one minute, we are evacuating people from Afghanistan, leaving billions of dollars of secret milliary equipment, thousands of people are flooding the southern border each day, and a pop tart. I am getting back to a simple way of life…, nothing is making sense, if she wanted strawberries to go and buy a punnet of strawberries with some fresh cream…
The more days go by, the more I realize it seems like we are living in a train wreck playing out in slow motion going back to the 60’s. 🙁
