mad optimists next
I have never been more frustrated after so many seasons what the heck has he been pecking.
Meth
@@hannitypierro6138 What? Weird comment xD
What the hell was he doing???
That’s a plaything for rich people.
It’s honestly not that expensive to have backyard chickens, especially if you build the coop yourself.
Nah this pitch was all over the place
Do your books have audiobooks so I can listen throughout the day? It’s hard to find time to sit and read a physical book
I’m fairly certain that it comes in flatpack. If you look at his demonstration video, it seems to come in pieces when they assemble it.
Yes he explains that you assemble it yourself. Takes just 2 people to put it together in 30 minutes.
Good question what is the price of a chicken
Americans consume IKEA stuff faster than a cheeseburger, why wouldn’t Europeans do the same for a high quality American product? I think Sharks were out of their element here. It feels like they just bullied him for more steak, I mean the guy clearly didn’t care about a million bucks he just wanted Robert for his European connections.
Funny! But, I think he was desperate to get into Europe, and wanted a European to help him get into Europe. But, although Robert was born in Croatia, he has spent the vast majority of his life in North America!
I think the sharks dodged a _chicken_ with this guy – He needed so much work. Although, what I would have done if I were Mr. Wonderful, I would have said “I will replace you with a professional CEO for 3 years, you will work under the new CEO for experience, and we don’t go into Europe for at least 3 years”. Not sure how much he would have liked that, but at least you don’t put all your _eggs_ in one basket with this guy.
Talking with him reminds me of talking to a meth head…lol
Such a borderline schizophrenic pitch!
Also there’s no Czechoslovakia anymore!!!
why are you on?!
I appreciate you watching and commenting on my Business Coach Reacts video.
As a owner of approximately 40 hens currently over the last 8 years we’ve owned about 350 hens. We have tried out many coops including hand built. His coops look great and the fact he has coops that hold 20 hens is a big deal. Most coop manufacturers are maxed out at around 12-15 hens.
1. i was wondering if any of the previous sharks deals with farmers/farm supiers who did chicken coops was making them not able to do a deal with him. from previous seasons
2. you can tell he’s pretty old/short memorized checking his notes ive noticed older entrepreneur are allowed to bring notes/paper in for all the prices and stuff. he also a a seportart business thats why he might get all the numbers confused.
3. why he wanted to go to europe…. a dream or he’s worried america market was getting sackerated.
4. thats the second time an entrepreneur lost mr wonderfull talking to someone else also an older guy.
5. who was the person at the end of episode in/of loving memory ?
6. the price of a chicken 12-20 chickens 50c-2bucks per chicken
7. they weren’t showing the XL size.
The person at the end was one of the co founders from a previous pitch.
Shouldn’t even said anything about Europe !
Hindsight is 20/20 (God.. 2020.. PTSD is kicking in.) But I think it was pretty apparent in the video how much I wanted him to not go back to the Europe point towards the end when Robert let him speak to him.
I live 20 minutes north of Boston in a city of about 50k people and I’m right in the center of it. I think like 3 house on my street have them. Lol.
Though my mom lived in Maine on a farm most my life so after spending half my time there I barely even noticed them popping up as people owning chickens isn’t unusual lol.
When he said that they were chickens running around with their heads cut off, he was serious
Please be more assertive in your opinions and statements. There is a lot of “I don’t knows” in these videos. Know! And let us know what you know. Thanks.
There are 3 sides to every story. The Sharks’ side, the entrepreneurs’ side, and the producer/editor’s side. Making snap judgements based on what is provided is not usually the best option.
Part of being Super is knowing when you don’t know and having the confidence to admit it. No knows everything, and anyone who tells you different is lying to you and themselves.
As an aside: There are times I wish I could let the video play out a bit further to learn more information, but that’s not always possible before the YouTube copyright bot hammer comes down on the clip. Please keep in mind too, these videos are shot in real time with usually no editing because I want to keep them authentic and genuine.
I appreciate you watching and commenting!
@Locutus The issue with that is, when people binge the content, it will be annoying to have to skip over. Which is why I have cut many of my intros out of old videos all together. The people who want to know, will go looking for answers, the ones that don’t will just post something without looking into it at all. Doesn’t bother me one bit. I appreciate you Locutus!! 🙂

This was TOO cringy, I had to stop..
All four sharks should be ashamed of themselves. YES, he messed up and it came off as disrespectful but he clearly has some mental health conditions!! He is clearly adhd, possibly even ocd, etc. THAT IS NOT HIS FAULT!!! People should be more understanding instead of so quick to belittle and condemn people. Anyone that makes fun of others that are “different” are COWARDS. All four sharks are COWARDS!!!
Just watched this episode and couldn’t wait to see Joe’s autopsy of OverEZ
Thank you T K!! 🙂
I think he was throwing shade at Mark and also never interested in doing any kind of deal with Daymond.
This is a very interesting pitch. I’ve often commented on how the negotiation is the game between the Sharks/Dragons who like to play up risk, uncertainty, volatility and opportunity cost as ‘moves’ and ‘bargaining chips’ to lower a company’s valuation to get a good deal. By contrast, entrepreneurs play up future potential, overall market size, success of similar products, and their own pedigree to try and up the valuation.
Very often the the set numbers of current profit and loss, expenses and revenue become the things that ‘anchor’ the pitch. Dragons will say that ‘blue sky forecasts’ are unreasonable because “Look at your current numbers!” and sometimes entrepreneurs will say: “Doom and gloom assessment of my company is not fair assessment of value, look at my numbers already!” etc. So the current numbers generally help the dragons case more because the entrepreneur’s case is strongly set on what is ‘possible’ whereas the dragons get a great deal if they can say that most of the upside is already baked in to the value. Most entrepreneurs that come on do so with modest current numbers which means the dragon’s case is strengthened. When entrepreneurs come on with great numbers, the dragons often say: “Why do you need to be here? You don’t really want a deal, do you? You just want the exposure. You don’t need my money, look how good you’re doing!” etc.
So what does all of this have to do with “THIS” pitch? And why is THIS pitch so special? It’s because of how EXCITED Chet Beiler is to discuss his numbers. 21 mill to date, 9 mill year to date, 1.35 mill profit… these are numbers that really bolster a valuation instead of dragging it down. The request for a million for 4% is also a very comfortable request. The entrepreneur is not devastated or heartbroken if he doesn’t do this deal. If he doesn’t get a million dollar investment from this pitch, he’s not in a horrible situation.
Because of this, he doesn’t have to give much on his request either. Knowing the sharks are likely to pull back the other way and test him with low-ball offers to see if they can play up the risk, uncertainty, potential downside, etc… he’s so anchored in his GREAT numbers that the dragons would have a hard time justifying an extremely low ball offer. They could still make it, but he’s equipped with fantastic numbers and therefore he’s excited to talk about them over and over again.
Chet came off, to me… as someone so excited about his business, and how it was performing, that he was looking to stand his ground with the sharks and prove that his valuation was fair. The sharks could adamantly come up with ways to bring down the valuation and make offers that fell short of his request, but he was happy to point out time and again that his numbers were a ‘shield’ he could stand behind and keep returning to. Anchored by these numbers, he was very excited to talk more and more about the blue sky potential, and the sharks came off as knowing that he was very confident in his numbers, and didn’t want to have to ‘haggle’ with him to justify the fact that they wanted to bring down the value. They would try for the deal they wanted, and the more excited he was about talking up his business and why they should give him what he wanted, the less they felt like they could reasonably and justifiably come up with reasons that he should give a real discount to bring them in.
Kevin’s offer, for instance… when Joe explains it… I get this strong feeling that Joe knows Kevin’s offer is made with momentum that the pitch is ‘turning against’ Chet. The Sharks just get this ‘feel’ about him. Kevin offers something where Joe even says: “I mean… well… You get Mr Wonderful right. That’s… something.” and “That’s better than nothing, right?” So it’s like we know Kevin is making an offer that is in his prerogative to try and get the better of the bargain, and because Sharks have gone out, his offer is still seen as a valid play. The others offered nothing, he at least made an offer, right? But it’s an offer that, if accepted, Kevin feels like he’s definitely got the better end of the bargain. If it’s refused, Kevin can still say: “Hey, I believed in you. I made an offer.” I feel like Joe’s discussion on the offer shows how we can put ourselves in the entrepreneur’s shoes. We know what the dragons do, we know they’re in this for the game like everyone else. We hate when great entrepreneurs don’t get an offer, and so when an offer like this is made, if it’s a good offer… Joe has this nod to his head, the lift of his eyebrow and that: “Alright-!” or “Wow. There you go!” moment hehe. With this offer, it was more: “Welllllll. It’s SOMETHING, right? And its an option if he wants to go with it. Annnnd… I mean… he gets Mr Wonderful, right? Sooo…” (As if justifying why giving him that deal even though it’s very much a Kevin-friendly deal would still be a valid option to consider for the entrepreneur) hehe.
Anyway, this pitch is so remarkable because the entrepreneur is so excited to talk about the numbers, the business, the potential… to discuss it in detail! Very often, entrepreneurs struggle with their numbers, or the numbers are so modest its the SHARKS who want to linger on them because the numbers make a strong case for why the business is risky, or not very valuable right now (today. This minute.) So it’s a fun pitch when you see an entrepreneur who basically says: “Yeah… I’m kicking ass, taking names, and I know it! Let me tell you more about it and why you should be involved. If you don’t get involved, let me tell you why you’ll be missing out. You think I need to take a low offer? I don’t, look how well I’m doing. How can you not want to be a part of this? What I’m asking for is actually fair, good luck trying to tell me that it’s not when I have numbers this good. I’ve seen the show. I know how much you grind entrepreneurs who don’t have good numbers and pitch a high value. Well, I have GREAT numbers, and I’m here to play!”
You get this strong notion that if he doesn’t get a deal, it’s not a big problem for him. It makes him much harder for the dragons to pull around like they could other entrepreneurs who are in a more desperate situation.
Anyway… Amazing job again Joe! Fantastic!
lol same thought
@Daniel Donnell that’s a good point! I have around 30 hens here on my ranch but they live in the horse barn so i dint even think of the limit on other coops.
@@YeeYeeDatDude that’s a good point! I have around 30 hens here on my ranch but they live in the horse barn so i dint even think of the limit on other coops.
This guy is the real CRAZY CHICKEN!!!!
Free eggs and organic chicken meat
PSYCHO LOL
Here in NC, everyone has them!
Really? What’s the story here?
It so crazy that these people come into the shark tank and ask such a ridiculous evaluation…4% for 1 mill is a slap in the face to big time investors…it pushes on level of disrespect and no value added to these individuals experience, connections, knowledge etc….so much greed by owner.. its a chicken coop..wow.. 9 mil in sales and 1.3 profit sounds crazy low. Something doesnt sound right at all..hmmm
It’s not a slap in the face when you have millions in sales lol
Mark’s face had bs written all over it…lol…
I don’t know.. I mean if the average check out is say 5,000 with all of the extras. Each million is only 200 customers. Combine that with people being stuck at home through the pandemic and wanting to take up a hobby. Doesn’t seem that far fetched to me. I appreciate you watching and commenting John!
This dude ran for congress and almost won lol.
Pierce I had to look that up. Well, anyone can run for a public office. I wish more people did instead of just complaining about broken systems.
Yeah I saw him in Slovakia the other day.
@AL SA not really free. You gotta spend over 1k to buy the Pen, and then you gotta buy the feed, and you need electricity to keep it warm in winters or they die, plus all the labor of feeding them and cleaning it etc. So when you do the real logistics, it’s cheaper to buy a dozen eggs at a local market for a couple dollars.

@Super Joe Pardo I agree. Someone was complaining about how they hate the politicians, their policies, they’re corrupt. I said, you’re such an outstanding and moral citizen, you obviously know how to run a country, why don’t you run for office? His response was, blah, blah, blah, I don’t want to be associated with them, blah, blah, blah. I said, if you don’t like the politicians, or their policies, but you don’t want to change the system, then you can’t really be complaining.
I may not like some politicians, or their policies, but I respect them for doing a tough job, under tough conditions. Public office is a calling.

He loves Robert
Thank he does!
So many people come in with a great pitch and then completely fall apart on the q and a. (Example, the blowzee.) This guy looked so unassuming but immediately got my attention with his confidence and knowledge of the numbers. Wasn’t expecting it from this dude at all. Confidence is sexy!
Robert it doesn’t matter if you are Croatian or Czech , Americans don’t know the difference. Now you know how other ethnicities feel such as Indians and Chinese when are grouped as middle easterners or all orientals . Don’t feel sorry for Robert feeling insulted that he is called Czech. Who cares
Fumbled the bag bad
I appreciate you watching and commenting!
I have one of these coops. They are so easy to assemble. The owner called me to set up a delivery time. The coops are strong enough to keep out predators. It’s brilliant actually.
He’s definitely on to something with it. He could make an absolute killing especially in southeastern and midwestern states. His pitching skill just leaves much to be desired.
Daymonds offer was way too expensive.
I appreciate you watching and commenting Nelson!
chickens are literally 3-8 dollars at tractor supply
I looked that up, and was surprised that they are that cheap with all of the necessary things needed to keep them alive and thriving. I appreciate you watching and commenting Gianni!
This one was hilarious!
“Quality is great, but not enough differentiator”. NO. QUALITY IS EVERYTHING in a chicken coop! lmao Litterally quality is the difference between a racoon tearing apart the panels and eating your entire flock in one sitting or it turning around because it couldn’t get in. Stupid.
everyone was trying to tell Mr Wonderful to pretty much get out when he started talking to Robert. For as much of a bad rep Mr Wonderful gets – he was in this deal for way too long.
this guy was kookoo for sure
The guy is kinda weird
He said year to date is 9 million so it might have been since June of 2021
Daymond offer was way too unfair I can understand 3 million for 25 % he has great growth with revenue and profit and he wants 25 % for a business that about to do 20 million in revenue and about to make 2 million+ in profit
So obsessed with Robert and so creepy.
he should have told them that the coops are sold in every tractor supply!
That’s very valuable information. I appreciate you watching and commenting!!
He only wanted to free publicity. He really can make it by himself.
2.2, 6.8, 9M YTD on track for 20M.
Hey Joe. These videos are definitely more than just reaction videos. Like you’ve said we’re here to learn, and a lesson learnt here is, don’t give up ground that you’ve won. He got a deal but still failed to secure it and then lost it.
Hey Stefan! They absolutely are! I have thought about changing the wording to be Biz Coach Reviews or Analyzes, but people are familiar with reaction videos at this point. Always be learning! I appreciate you Stefan and happy to have you with us in the Super Community!

Being eccentric is one thing, but that dude came off as needy, and having rather major delusions of grandeur.
I appreciate you watching and commenting!
My sister in NH just got this and is raising chickens at first it is a lot of money up front but if you use or eat eggs on the regular it definitely pays itself back
Kevin lied. He said he would obviously fund purchase orders and then backtracked later on and said he wouldn’t guarantee it. I don’t know why anybody would make a deal with him unless they want a license or want to sue someone. He never closes his deals, anyway, so even then deals with him ate worthless.
Honestly i don’t like the way he smiled, kind of creepy from the horror movie. and just because of that reason alone, I’m Out!!!
This guy was a find idiot – came and immediately got offered what he was asking for, $1 Million Dollars + additional line of credit for P.O.s, gave up on a very small portion in equity 4% which is nothing, and then couldn’t shut up about Europe when he had more than enough business to handle in the US, what a stupid fk couldn’t keep his mouth shut and trying to show everybody he was smarter than them and he was a legend in his own mind. He would have been a nightmare to work with because all he would have talked about is expanding into Europe instead of taking care of enormous business prospects in US.
Guy is obsessed with europe
I appreciate you watching and commenting Bif. He certainly seemed that way.
what he should have done is close the deal with Kevin, and then afterward ask if rob wants to join with Kev’s permission,
I’ve watched many of these Shark Tank Episodes but I love re-watching them while you speak on them.
