SUPER JOEEEEE YOURE BACK. Also you’re such a bro dude for doing this video I don’t know if you saw but I requested a few weeks back I think if you could do the part 2. Anyways thanks so much man and I’m glad you’re feeling better
Thank you, it feels so good to finally be feeling better! I missed being able to make videos, got to get back into the swing of things. I did see your request which made me think this would be a good video to come back out to. I appreciate you Ahsoka!
@Joe Pardo Aw dude thanks so much! And don’t worry man you’ll get back on that horse in no time
@@SuperJoePardo Aw dude thanks so much! And don’t worry man you’ll get back on that horse in no time
I missed your videos so much! I was getting out of videos to watch lol thanks for the awesome commentary.
Aww thank you Saulo! I’m ready to pump more content out! 🙂
Thank you Super Denny! I was away on a cruise and we brought back COVID with us. 🙁 Everyone was fine except for me, it took me 2 weeks to test negative and get back to normal-ish and then came down with bronchitis for a week. I still have a lingering cough on and off. I appreciate you Denny!!
I remember seeing a follow up video seasons later. Mark said the guy was dicking around taking sips as we see briefly, and it was really pissing him off so he dropped out. Also the Copa guy says he had a burning hatred for Kevin O Leary. Huh??
He says he made the brand, this that blah blah got to 5 million. I feel that is from just having that lone patent on the design, so people will pick it out in the isle over another brand if they need the convenience of it.
You should do a vid of the other wine glass guy.
The company is worth 70 million now. Not every pitch needs to work out. He’s doing fine.
In another deal called “Zipz”, that entrepreneur said the patent to single serve wine in a cup isn’t this guy’s either. It belongs to a guy in france who has licensed it to him. Zipz had their own patent owing to an improvement on the existing patent.
I was wondering why he was so against licensing his technology to other companies when I remembered in the Zips pitch that he didn’t own the patent. He just got the rights from the owner of the patent, based in another country, to operate in the U.S. He COULDN’T make the deal, knew it, and dicked around with the Sharks to lead them on.
Has this guy not looked at these Sharks’ work? They have taken companies worth half a million dollars to being multi million dollar corporations.
This guy also made a company worth 70 million dollars, know your facts before you come at me lil goof. Be humble, sit down.
@Kaedyn Prusak lol who are you? I never came at you. You’re the only reply on my comment…

Glad to see you back Joe!!
Decent analysis. Your channel will grow more if you have a little more attitude
Hahaha sorry to hear that Joe!
His company seems to be worth 70 million now.
Love you bro
I appreciate you!! 🙂
mark always butts in and ruins the deals. Kevin is the only guy who knows this business, and other sharks are determined to ruin it for Kevin, particularly mark! if I ever end up in a shark tank, I wouldn’t want mark Cuban to be my partner! mark comes in and he is the one who creates drama, even better than that he creates greed among sharks like he did right here exactly!! and then the deal fell apart. i have watched so many episodes of shark tank and watched every shark carefully and noticed that one thing about mark if the deal is good. He isn’t an expert in it or for some reason he can’t get his head around it he creates greed for other sharks. Then he starts yapping about his reasoning why he is asking what he is asking and he brings other sharks in this “case” and ups the skin in the game so naturally, another shark says to themselves why not maybe we can get more. i see these wines everywhere 8% was a good deal,! i hope Kevin called him up after the show and went in on his own on this deal!
barbara the inspector gadget!
THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL REDEMPTION!
Definitely! I appreciate you watching and commenting Business Boss!
Oh wait, i have a great concept… Bottled water. Oh wait, that was created long ago and every human said: bullshit, i will never buy this Lmfao
That is so awesome to hear Sophia! I’m so proud of you!! Glad to hear the Avatar guide was helpful!!! 🙂 I appreciate you being a part of the Super Community!!
@Joe Pardo yes it’s great!! This is my first crack at this entrepreneurship thing so I’m still getting the hang of it, but it really made me think about who I want to market/sell to. Thank you again!!

Kevin goes on to invest in Zipz with 2.5 million dollars which completely goes down the drain, well deserved
I appreciate you watching and commenting Aakash! I have the Zipz pitch coming out on Monday. 😉
Hey man u from India too?
Barbara: You have a good business sense and I cannot find any fault in it. For those reasons I’m out.
It‘s a shame these videos don‘t get more views.
Thank you Sven! We are growing the community day by day, and closing in on 4 million views total!
pls shut this down
Came to you by chance as well thanks for the effort looking forward to other stuff
You’re welcome! I appreciate you watching and commenting Suhail!
This Copa di vino guy is so weird and annoying. He definitely didn’t want any deals the first time and didn’t want one the second time. He’s here just for the free advertising. Can’t stand him. Barbara was right, I get such bad vibes from him
Still a smart move no matter how annoyed u are…
You would do the same if you had a new business which was on the verge of success …. Or are you telling me that you would say no to free advertising and marketing? If that’s the case then please do not ever start a business lol
James is full of sh!t. That whole exchange was disrespectful, I don’t care how successful he’s become. His cockiness is so unlikable!
His company made 70 mill last year
I appreciate you watching and commenting Josh! Where did you find that number?
The more you f*ck around the more you find out. Guy f*cked around and found out.
I want to watch this episode and I can’t find it anyone know which episode of shark tank it is when he returns?
I appreciate you watching and commenting Spider-Man! This is the episode he returned on. Are you looking for the original appearance? I have that here on the channel. The season and episode numbers are listed in the descriptions.
@Joe Pardo lol thanks! What im looking for is the season and episode number of the return to shark tank, I can’t find it anywhere

Love the copi guy. Just an independent entrepreneur. And proven!
He certainly has proven himself! I appreciate you watching and commenting James!
Certified weird jerk ff
Not really. He could have earned much more from the licensing deal in the earlier season. He is stuck with the lower production capacity. These big companies have capacity beyond imagination. I have seen the wine business from inside and so I can say this confidently.
Missing out on Mark was huge. He missed out selling on stadiums, bars, social events. He has connections with EVERYONE. Kevin had the muscle and manufacturing. He was gonna scale this to the moon. Robert can market the product to Europe and worldwide.
Agreed. Nobody cares about his brand or his wine. He needs to get over that. They care about the packaging and the MASSIVE licensing opportunities with royalty in perpetuity. 49% of 100 million global business would fund whatever passion project in wine he wants to do.
Why do you block half of the video with your face
Youtube Copyright System. I’ve experimented with different formats over the years. I appreciate you watching and commenting Ziot.
He was arrogant and stupid. A deadly and fatal mix when you are an entrepreneur. His business wasn’t as profitable as he bragged about…he’s greedy because he want HIS product to stand out ONLY but I bet taste alone his wine would blend with the other wines. …turned down a good deal TWICE because he thought exposer was better. Arrogant smh
70 mill company
I guess the Copa Di Vino CEO needs to tell the forklift driver how to load a truck…LOL What a douche.
This man only went back on to be a jerk. He had no interest in a deal either time he was on, not even slightly. And he’s taking away from people out there who actually have great products and need help. The fact they even entertained him a second time is shocking and crazy
Saw online that he sold it to splash beverage group for 5.9M in 2020. He should have taken the deal
Eh, I skipped all Joe’s comments. I’m not interested. Just wanna watch this episode, uninterrupted. Geez.
I appreciate you watching and commenting Just Some Guy. This is a business education channel.
25:28 Boss move.
This guy needs to understand that Nobody cares about his brand or his wine. He needs to get over that. They care about the packaging and the MASSIVE licensing opportunities with royalty in perpetuity. This could become the cold wine single serving packaging standard world wide. Her tapped in on a huge need and he’s not getting that.
70% of a 500 Billion dollar billion with a B sized global wine market is want that deal could have been worth. Kevin even said he could do his side passion project in winemaking or whatever other innovation that might lead to more future patents.
My elders used to say: he tripped over a dollar to try and make a dime.
He didn’t go their for a deal, he went to rub it in the sharks face his success
Yeah definitely get that impression. I appreciate you watching and commenting Technoid.
