The company’s customer service is brutal. They advertise 24-48 hours processing time but it’s more like 15 days or longer. Furthermore, their return policies are not honored and they won’t let you cancel orders. Don’t waste your money on their hype and go with a trusted brand
I recently purchased several shirts from Collars & Co, hoping to find a new go-to brand for my wardrobe. Unfortunately, my experience with their products has been nothing short of disappointing.
The first issue arose with a black polo shirt that emitted a strong fishy odor from the collar and buttons. This was not only unpleasant but also persisted even after washing, contaminating other items in the laundry. Despite notifying Collars & Co, the replacement shirt I received suffered from the same problem, indicating a severe oversight in quality control.
Furthermore, I have encountered stitching failures in multiple shirts, with buttons needing resewing after just one wash and buttonholes unraveling prematurely. For a brand at this price point, I expect a hassle-free experience and a level of quality that reflects the cost.
While I appreciate the fit and style of Collars & Co’s shirts, these issues have significantly undermined my confidence in the brand. It is evident that there are shortcomings in managing the quality of their products, which is disappointing for someone who was initially excited about becoming a loyal customer.
In conclusion, my experience with Collars & Co has been marred by poor quality control and oversight, ultimately leading me to reconsider my loyalty to the brand.
