Super Joe!!!
Super Michael!!
He should have asked for more money. I think he will need more money, but what do I know. Happy he got a deal hope he can help a lot of people.
He definitely will need more money, but I don’t know that he could’ve gotten more money out of the tank, even with more percentage.
Seriously, l’ve read the comments and know your popular and liked. l just didn’t come for your voice l cam for the products and responses. Congrats though you really do have a following and l’m happy for your successes.
I appreciate you Gary. I’m sorry to disappoint you.
The socket (arm piece it connects to) is the job of the clinic to custom make to get the fit and finish right. Every socket is custom. Don’t think it would really make sense for them to open a clinic to say they also make that part of it. I guess you could say it’s sorta like faulting an eyewear designer for not doing the eye exams and lenses.
Good businessman don’t make bad deals. Cuban smelled some BS. Let’s see if he’s right.
Cuban has messed out a lot of big ventures. He’s not perfect

I was born with one hand and have been waiting 40 years to see the Luke Skywalker become a real thing.
I recently got this hand myself and it is amazing.
I’m so glad to hear that. Thank for sharing Dale. I appreciate you.
Lori has a deal with Everlywell in the healthcare space
I didn’t know that. I will look into it. Thank you. I appreciate you Kiranm15!
Wow,was looking forward to this episode for some time. Mark was just an absolute joke there…making the claim that the right people (like himself) should just write the check and then opting out (just like all the other people he just blamed for doing the exact same thing) without even considering to join the movement. Extremely weak picture there.
I have been following the prosthetic market for some time and of course Psyonic is not the end all be all for the market, there are hundreds of companies that offer solutions. Psyonic is not even the most advanced (these are generally found in research institute). It is however revolutionizing the availability of the advanced hand prosthetics, which before were never covered by insurance by such a high degree. Also, the sockets are never part of the hand, like he said, they build and sell the hand with the additional electronics that belong into the socket, but because the socket had to be fitted individually and there is a whole other research area working on a more comfortable fit this is not their area of expertise.
I don’t think he should have made a deal at all and I hope he only did the deal for the cameras and opts out later again. Not worth it.
I am a prosthetist who has fit multiple Ability Hands. I can give insight…. 1. Psyonics’ hand is not much less expensive than their competitors (middle of the price range) and will not increase access to amputee’s as claimed. 2.The hand breaks easily. I have a patient who has required 20 repair appointments in one year which is unheard of!!!! It is highly functional but breaks easily. It is like a supercar that needs to be in the shop all the time, while the patients want to need a reliable truck. I will not fit another one until it is more reliable.
Really? How does it stack up against other hands on the market in terms of reliability?
I have personally spoken with several users before getting mine and they all stated exactly the opposite.
@@daledimassi416 From my experience the hand (and hand alone) reliability is much worse than most other hands. There has been numerous times that fingers have broken within minutes of being replaced (with brand new replacement fingers). I can’t give any details on the patient (hipaa) but the patients I have fit are not heavy users. Also, I can’t comment on the rest of the prosthesis (everything but except the hand ( terminal device)) because the prosthesis is modular and dependent on prosthetist choice and fabrication. This stuff is complex and takes a lot of education and experience to master.
Can this fit over someone’s hand that’s already paralyzed? Or do you have to be completely missing a limb?
This is a prosthetic hand for amputees. There is a device called MyoPro for paralyzed arm/hand.
Something about this guy doesn’t add up and I believe Mark saw right through him..
We don’t care about ur opinion. Jus upload the normal show
I appreciate you Taensheara. This is a business education channel.
This guy seems like a marvel villain brewing up
Worked with him during college, actually felt the opposite
I know him personally as well, he’s like Peter Parker and Tony Stark mixed into one person
I worked with Aadeel at the University of Illinois over the course of his graduate work here and I will testify that his enthusiasm and positive vibe are 100% genuine, he was like this all the time here! haha He was a real joy to work with and I couldn’t be more excited for him, he totally deserves this.
I went to high school with him at streamwood high. He’s a good guy
Robert! You have a user right there! Ask him about the fitting, etc.!
Joe thinks he knows it all
