Thanks AARISH! Happy to have you in the Super Community!!
Wow wow wow 2 amazing awesome people
Yeah they are!! I’m so excited for them! 🙂
Me either. 🙂
@Joe Pardo I think I heard you mention that before. I drink nothing alcoholic beer wine sangria champagne. The smell alone makes me ill.

Pretty sure I said it in the Square Keg (also a neat product). That’s interesting, I never heard anyone say that before. For me, it’s about being in control of myself and my situation. Always been that way. Though the taste for me isn’t there, and same way with coffee. lol
You should do an episode on Kevin and the FTX saga.. due to all the lies he has been saying, his reputation has been badly hurt. I wont be surprised if they pull him out of the show.
Yes I want to know your opinion?
Lol they won’t pull him off the show. Business and ratings have no room for ethics. They don’t care.

Impressive couple. Cant wait to taste the wine. Love black excellence!
Not a fan of fruits in my wines……Definitely like clean, organic etc. But that is why I do regions that just have naturally high standards. Chile, Argentina, France are my favourite. And naturally organic….I also like XD, less than 4g or sugar, and adding fruit will likely add a lot of extra sugar lol
Infusion would be cool like how they do with Bubbly water. Or, if the fruits were fermented like kambucha with those added benefits maybe I’d be into it.
Price wise, out of my preference. I go Vintages. The newer wines, not yet crazy expensive. Typically 13 to 16 a bottle but worth double. And in a year go on regular shelf and double in price. That’s just me though. The ones I get with the quality are 14 to 14.5% which is more than enough alc for wine….again just my opinion!
I love them! We have their wines in our home and everyone loves them! This is the most unique brand of wines on the market!
Thank you Farmer Jeff! As always, I greatly appreciate you being part of the Super Community!
THEY’RE BLACK!!! No way! I would have never known.
Thanks for this episode..
You’re welcome!! 🙂
When Mark said ‘you guys are local’ it really made me smile. Mark is the best shark when it comes to helping promising entrepreneurs. He had nothing to do with the business, but still wanted to invest.
And Kevin is so full of BS. He was bending over backwards to get a small share in Copa di Vino, and now he says ‘he will only invest and work for a wine business if its his own’
They are WONDRY-FUL!! 😉
Yes Kevin did get into Costco. The Zipz deal closed. It was one of Kevin’s more successful investments, not as big as plated obviously.
Ah yeah, I just searched it up. I appreciate you Henry!
Was it for the patent on the packaging?
He seemed more interested on the packaging for the Copa and zip deals
He told one of them not to go into the wine business – license out the packaging
Whose wine is in the zip cups?
I think Mark said something about the name – he didn’t feel like he wanted to drink wine named “zip”
I sort of agree
@TheFoolinthe rainn Yes, it was for the patent. Originally Zipz packaged its own wine. After they proved out the concept, they were able to license the packaging.

@Henry Peters
Thanks for the update – appreciate it
Kevin has STILL not been able to get his wine into Costco!?
But he got packaging!?
Lol!
Poor guy – all those rolexes – still can’t get into Costco!

When Sharks talk about how grueling a process it was to make it in a particular industry, I wonder if it’s not because that business wasn’t the only/primary focus. Difficulty is relative and it’s based on perspective. Maybe they were just too busy to give it their all.
He looks so young for someone of his impressive career history.
I was very curious as to how old he is with such a great career background. I appreciate you Locutus, Happy Holidays to you and your family!
This was a good one Joe. I absolutely love that you include looking up the ‘Bait’ to see how they doing . That’s something I actually used to do and now I don’t have to.
Thank you Cindi! I’m glad that you enjoy me checking out their website and social media at the end. It’s neat because it is like a time capsule for them. Happy Holidays to you and your family!
@Joe Pardo Awwwww. Very happy to hear from you. You are a person I respect and I’m happy to say I’ve subscribed. I have a whole lot to learn from you. Wishing you and your family the very best Holiday Season and New Year.

This one felt good.
They tested the market, had profit immediately, didn’t squander it… They didn’t fall into this business by accident.
They educated themselves, went in feet first, prepared – definitely wasn’t some invention just to get on shark tank.
Good for them!
I want to have a glass of wine with these folks – and I don’t drink wine! haha
I’m betting if they said – yes kevin, we have a big order for costco, we’re here for funding to fulfill that order – he would have run up on that stage, given anything they wanted… He’d be paying them a royalty
If he could only get into Costco on anybody’s coattails..
I see Copa di Vino as an attempt to get into Costco competing at the Costco price point with packaging, not wine!
Will this poor man ever get his wine, lifted by forklifts on pallets onto shelves along the aisles
To be put in oversized jumbo shopping carts
at Costco warehouses…
Throughout the Nation?
All those rolexes!
Yet forklifted wine will be the bane of his existence!
So glad that Wonderful shark, didn’t get a bite out of these folks!
Thank you Joanna. I appreciate you. 🙂
@Joe Pardo yes very informable I learn a few new things from your two videos I seen today.

The lady Shark , says its to sweet for her so she’s out , but yet she makes a deal with this guy who has a very very sweet wine at 2:01 of this link , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYUo7yam5tA
1:22 Race has nothing to do with it. It’s either a good product or it’s not
I would love to see full episode without the commentary or at least commentary after the full episode
I appreciate you watching and commenting. This is a business education channel. YouTube copyright system wouldn’t allow me to post it without commentary.
I HATE the “We’re 2% of black wine makers” shit. WHO CARES!? I’d be among 2% of white guys in the NBA.. Give me 5 mil a year,, seems fair,, just because. STOP BRINGING RACE INTO EVERYTHING, AMERICA! If you are good at what you do, PEOPLE DON’T CARE!
You could TALK bs
Mark always says the best deals are the ones where the entrepreneur doesn’t need help, they just need fuel on the fire. This is the perfect example of that.
They are making fruity juice not a wine
It’s a COCKTAIL wine. It’s on the label.
thanks for this video… i am involved in a similar venture, all the way in the Caribbean and this is inspirational to me… great content!
