April 25, 2018

Woodbury, NJ (April 22, 2018)—On April 19, 2018, award-winning author and host of The Business Podcast featuring Super Joe Pardo spoke to the Kiwanis Club of Greater Woodbury about his recently published book, Sales Won’t Save Your Business.

Titled with a purpose to pique interest, Pardo’s recent publication underscores the importance of an organization’s Team, Offer, and Process. “I invited Joe Pardo to speak because the title of his book challenged obvious beliefs about corporate profitability,” said President Michael Smolensky. Past Pardo publications include iSelf Empower: 160 Self Affirmations to Empower You!, How To Dream Big And Win, and Joe Pardo’s 31 Life-Changing Concepts. In addition, Pardo hosts The Business Podcast.

During the presentation, Pardo explained a team can consist of any size, even one person. Importantly, he emphasized communication as a key to forming a unified and successful team. Of course, communication involves skills in both expressions and listening. Additionally, Pardo spoke about the importance of an organization’s offer. Among the various factors involved in assessing an organization’s offer is the experience it gives to customers. Finally, Pardo spoke about the importance of organizational processes. Among the various factors to assess with respect to a company’s processes, Pardo emphasized the organization’s rules and whether the processes are predictable.

Pardo ideas derive from practical experience. Indeed, Pardo is a sixth-generation business owner. Additionally, before starting his business he worked in his family’s company for several years, providing Pardo with countless lessons. Pardo explained he started his own business with “the mission to empower every single person I meet to become the Super version of themselves in business and in life.”
