He’s right that China especially doesn’t care about copyright and will blatantly copy.

The mindset of offshore manufacturing has changed in business. The founder could create strategic after market partnerships with the automotive industry

So, it has become easier, but definitely requires heavy time investment, spent over in China to make it work. Probably not as much as 15 years ago, like some people I know in the automotive/heavy duty parts industry did i the past. But having someone keep an eye on what’s going on at the plants so you don’t get screwed with a bad shipment of product is expensive and/or time consuming. It’s certainly not easy depending on what you are trying to get manufactured and the tolerances available to you with the product. As always Yvette, I appreciate you watching and commenting.

This guy has so much more integrity than all these idiots. People blame China for the folding up of American economy. NO. Its bastards like Kevin O’Leary that push manufacturers to manufacture off shore. Then they complain about China controlling the show. So Kevin gets richer, and the American worker gets fucked.

This is a example of how money grabbing people destroy this Country, you don’t have to sell out your principles to have a successful business. I can’t believe the shark actually cries. His father came here for the opportunity of work and now the shark is helping to destroy opportunities for other people in this Country. Then he uses a strawman’s aurguement to say that out sourcing allows to have more jobs in this country. What bull. Let’s give China all of the economic power. POS’s

I’m not a fan of Daymon. Most of the time I can tell exactly which investors will get an offer from him based on their race, social mission statement, or industry. Unless it’s a POC, a liberal leaning social mission statement or a fashion related deal, the only deals he even remotely wants are the ones that are almost sure things, deals that he sees as potential licensing plays or endorsement plays. For all his pontificating, he only seems interested if he feels the entrepreneur is someone he deems worthy of the help, if it’s an industry he can already navigating in his sleep or if his contribution to growing the business is basically calling someone “fancy” enough to be worthy of his time. After what I saw of his deal with the red solo cup with the shot glass in the bottom, it also wouldn’t surprise me if he’s set up a scenario where he matches the celeb to his shark tank business and unbeknownst to the entrepreneur he’s getting a cut on both ends, such that the entrepreneur gives up a percentage of his business to get his help but then the negotiated cost of the endorsement he pushes them in to is inflated essentially for having acted as their agent in the deal. I don’t know why I get that sense but would would I bet a weeks income that’s part of his mo? Yep, I actually just might

@Jason Beasley because even though I ended professionals wouldn’t dream of diagnosing someone they have never met, you feel capable of doing so. Hmm ok…

So let me ask you a question why is it ok for everyone to endlessly bash Kevin for his conservative views or refuse to see movies if a conservative is cast in it but if I object to Damon’s clear political preferences influencing who he deems worthy of the carpet you deem that “mental illness?” And are you going to suggest that in later seasons damon hasn’t been the first one to tell certain participants that they were too successful to be there and they somehow “stole the opportunity” from someone that truly needed a deal. I’m not talking about the people mark goes after for not having bona codes studies behind their claims or the people who were never intending to accept a deal and only came in to the tank looking for the free publicity, I’m talking about people who very much wanted or even accepted a deal but Damon still lambasted because he deemed they didn’t “truly need the money” as if they casted themselves if they are entitled to seek a deal because it will take their company from 3 to 25million.

You wonder if Robert regrets that? Regrets what? I think that Robert had a strong viable educational emotional factual intrinsic point. He rerouted that we are all first and foremost human and doing what it takes to obtain legitimate financially stability shouldn’t incorporate prejudicial ethnic and nationalistic pride.

The guy making the pitch showed an obvious common bias and condescending of others’ origins by generalizing all foreign work ethics in a bad light. (I can understand some of the inventor’s perspective though from the standpoint of, for instance, the countless times of having to call customer service of companies that seem to always have non-fluent or hard to understand reps, but I might be wrong for saying that).

I’m thinking there wouldn’t be such battles keeping jobs in US if decades of high cost of living and lucrative greed in this country from top down were not such heavy factors.

Still possible to proudly help people in this country inside or outside of it too and more so when their company grows I suppose.
