Their margins are so small. The restaurant industry is ripe for disruption…whatever that looks like. We’ve (the US) never been here and nobody can predict what this is going to look like.
The margins are small, but that’s out of fear that people won’t come and eat like Kings and Queens because it is too expensive or perceived as such. Heck, as it is I can’t order a large pizza for delivery without it running over 20$ now. :-/
