Great video. You said you have a background in operations? This specific business definitely seems like it would be difficult to run smoothly due to its highly customizable product
I appreciate you Nico! My background is in Operations and IT. Dead inventory will eat any business alive. Seems like they know that they can’t sit on things, which is why they have to go with what’s on trend. As long as they do a good to great job predicting trends and how much they will ship of each item they will be able to navigate the issue of surplus dead inventory. Though it wouldn’t surprise me if they were to do a page on their site, spin off site with different branding or sell on eBay or other third party site just to sell of their excess out of trend inventory.

ok but for $70 I can probably get way more decor from Target/Walmart/TJMaxx/similar stores
The irony is that Mark and Robert probably own a bunch of table runners but never decorate their mansions themselves, therefore have no clue what they are.
