I got started with the Dreamers Podcast over two and a half years ago. When I was just getting started, I had several people tell me that they wanted to work for me. It was a confidence booster! At the time I didn’t know how that was going to happen. Hiring someone to help you with something you make no money from is an odd proposition to most. Unless of course we are talking about a tech start up, lol.

Since taking on a position at nonprofit Hopeworks, I have taken on enough income that enables me to reinvest in my other business ventures. I am proud to announce that I am doing that as of today!

I’d like to welcome Kristi Mundy Fredericks to my team! She has a great background and amazing attitude. Not to mention she has two books and is a co host of a popular Disney podcast. You all know I can get behind that! 🙂

This is just the beginning for me though. I believe that once we get our work flow worked out, that I will be looking to hire more team members!
