Daymond makes fubu lmao of course he hates the collar.
First. This guy seemed too cocky. I can totally see why Damon grilled him lol. Sup Joe!
Hey Greg! He certainly has good reason to be confident in what he has accomplished. I can see why he didn’t want to budge on his valuation with a 10 million in sales this year. (2021) Glad he decided to come around and hopefully he gets the deal closed.
@Joe PardoConfidence and arrogance are vastly different as you well know. Good video. First time watcher. Can you tell me how does one derive at the $7.5M valuation? How is that calculated? Subscribed just today. 10 Nov 2023 Thanks

DJ felt a bit threatened here… kinda weird ha.
He definitely came out swinging.
Anybody can copy this. No IP.
While true, it doesn’t mean that he can’t out brand competitors. I appreciate you as always!
His head start is too big to beat him rn
Joe, have you thought about during “commercial breaks” , sharing products from your site? Or is that not allowed
Hey JAMFamily! That is a great question, I’m gonna add it to my questions for a Q&A video I plan to do soon. But basically, it’s all about retention of the video, leading to growth, and half of the pitches on Shark Tank don’t have commercial breaks. I used to do a commercial break, but cut most of them out to raise retention and raise watch percentage. We are definitely allowed to promote our own stuff and other companies, but I believe there is a minimum video length if there is a sponsored segment. I appreciate you being a part of the Super Community and asking! 🙂
I feel like this guy just copied Buttercloth.
I hadn’t heard of that one. I will check it out. I appreciate you watching and commenting!
Not sure if he copied, but the Buttercloth story is a good one, love that guy and he’s done well with Robert!
I mean you don’t see cause you won’t get it but Daymon sees a white privilege man acting arrogant as he knows it all. These guys can take you to the next level owning 90% and only giving wanting to give 4 and not 10 he is greedy
Dude wanted a mentor for 4% lol just hire a consultant and geta bank loan…
What privilege? A black man couldve acted the same way and wouldve recieved teh same response
disagree daymond’s a brat
Nothing is so special about his products, yet he is acting like he invented the wheel just because he has some sales most probably generated by paid ads
I loved his product, effing great. Sharks said it was great quality too.
And he made millions in sales after collabe with mark and mr global so your opinion doesn’t make any sense lol
Doesn’t matter kid, he’s makin more than your entire family combined skunk
@Indira Narvaez lmao, coz you like to dress?
@@indiranarvaez8670 lmao, coz you like to dress?
Honestly, the guy had a fair valuation and a great company which they knew and it is why the stayed in so long. I think they primarily bullied him because they knew he had the equity to give. I have definitely seen them make better offers, particularly in this episode.
I appreciate you watching and commenting Henry! Yeah definitely some bullying to try him down. But k think the 10% for 2 sharks at 300k with 700k in a loc is a great opportunity for everyone.
@Joe Pardo Thanks. I don’t know though. I think he probably should have asked for more cash in exchange for the 10% ,or asked for some kind of discount on the line of credit.
@@SuperJoePardo Thanks. I don’t know though. I think he probably should have asked for more cash in exchange for the 10% ,or asked for some kind of discount on the line of credit.
I don’t think it’s bullying
He always has the option to get out
And it’s a shark tank, not a charity tank
@Tawsif Rahman Fair enough, poor choice of words. I still say that his valuation took to big of a cut.

@Kobe R Thank you, I will! 🙂
@@Allstar25CP Thank you, I will! 🙂
also, his other lines are spiraling the drain so he really needs a revival.
Yes it’s still a tv show and it’s still entertainment. How often have you seen Mark go out and continue to grill an entrepreneur?!…He does it all the time!
This was the cockiest entrepreneur I have ever seen on the show. Yes he had a good company and good sales, but if you cannot see the value the two sharks bring in and you are not willing to give up some percents for it… i was very suprised that he got a deal after all that shitshow and all the arrogant laughs at the deals and stuff
Here’s the vibe I get from 97% of Shark Tank episodes: fuck valuation.
Sure, everything is only worth what someone is willing to pay, and does.
If your losing your hair…..grow a goatea not a mustache ….not a good look on you Joe
I appreciate you watching and commenting Jeff. The mustache is for Movember. It’s nice to to shake things up, especially for a good cause. 🙂
@Joe Pardo what is Movember? Also not a fan of the stache.
I thought he look good with the moustache
@Beverley Caddigan Movember is an annual event involving the growing of mustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s suicide.
@Levi zo Thank you! 🙂
Normally i side with the sharks but they seem a little too snarky on this one. I wonder if we did miss ALOT that was not showed due to editing.
The offer was ridiculously good. I´m glad he stopped being stubborn at the end.
Me too! I appreciate you watching and commenting Darvin!
@Joe Pardo And I appreciate your content✌️
@@SuperJoePardo And I appreciate your content✌️
Why was daymond so offended this pitch?
Daymond is offended by anyone who didnt have to sweat or grind visibly in the mind for their success.
Joe,, business idea, here in Braqzil years ago when seatbelts were mandated someone made a shirt and drew a seatbelt to fool police.

That sounds like a great idea for someone. But not something I would want to be involved with. I appreciate you watching and commenting Marcelo!

Daymond was just mean/rude, period
It’s a business. Can’t be so sensitive. As Trump says, there are killers out there. And Daymond was rough, but hell such is life.
Love the videos !
Thank you so much Abel! Happy to have you in the Super Community!
Yeah he’s cooky but he’s right his evaluation was fair especially if he was really going to sell 10 mil this year.
He will sell 80 million this year with these two on board. That’s why he looked like an idiot turning down the offer.
Mark was right…I’m not begging to help you sir
That high horse will drop you on yo head.. I could not work with his ego
Though I do agree with most of your points re Fashion being a challenging market, the Sharks have invested in Fashion products in the past, including socks. I think from what I’ve noticed since Shark Tank began, a successful entrepreneur who has sales in a short time intimidates the Sharks. They know they can’t negotiate a higher equity as the entrepreneur is coming from a ‘position of strength’.. For such an entrepreneur, its a win win whether they get a deal or not, because they will get further exposure in case they don’t get a deal. That’s why I think Lori and Daymond went out so fast. That’s why when Kevin offered 10%, he said ‘No Way’..
Yeah, that is a great point they definitely; are scared off by success. I would imagine a chunk of that is due to them knowing that once the pitch airs on Shark Tank it’s gonna get a lot more business in a short period of time. I appreciate you being a part of the Super Community Farooq!
Fashion is challenging but I would say this style of men’s fashion is probably the slowest moving fashion and most conservative route to pursue.
Dude is a douchebag. Glad he finally had to humble himself at the end.
This guy is an idiot
At that price point I’d rather get lululemon polos
There are actually good quality imo. I work in sales so it’s works for me if I want to dress up or dress down. Women like it too I don’t think there is anything worse than a bad collar polo
Daymond john is a moron
Mark had to hit him with a dose of reality. He couldn’t see the forest because of the trees. He needs the sharks to lower costs and move quickly before somebody else steps into his space.
Justin came off as too ignorant ro work with. You can be a hardass without being childishly dismissive.
Collar and co ad pop up underneath this video. Justin is knows wtf he’s doing alright. Good job and keep it straight.
Haha that is awesome! I appreciate you watching and commenting!
After about 3 months of constant ads I cracked and got them. Guys a hell of a marketer.
“You want me to give you a discount for 3?” Bruh. I was also like “wtf?!” (Mark’s reaction). I would’ve stayed out.
What did he mean by that?
@Max Rangel He would be doing them a favour by lowering the price
@@Mackthwell He would be doing them a favour by lowering the price

These shirts are cool, I’m not gonna lie, but they’re way overpriced.
I’m contemplating getting one or two. Looking at the long sleeve all the way button down. $98 though. Seems to be overpriced. What is so special in your view? Thanks
@LordStanley94 I have 3 of them, and love them. Wear them all the time.
@Joe Pardo Thanks. Do you have the long sleeve all the way down buttons?
@@SuperJoePardo Thanks. Do you have the long sleeve all the way down buttons?
@LordStanley94 no I got short sleeve that go down 1/3rd of the way.
He’s rude and cocky. That’s why he lost
Dude, you don’t know shit about fashion. You did nothing, but show your ignorance about fashion. You look like you bought your shirt from Men’s Wearhouse.
I appreciate you watching and commenting Dollar Bill. Not sure where I stated that I know much about fashion. Justin loved the video and came on for an interview regardless of my fashion.
the worldwide guy wanted to fleece him. 3 mil valuation when he will have 2 mil in profit this year. wth
He seems so greedy lol
This guy was really lucky Mark was there. Mark was being patient and really wanted to help him out, and the fact that Dragon’s are usually more patient helped him too.
He was so smug and dismissive, if there had been any different combination of sharks he 100% have left without a deal acting like that. smh
So, at 00:39 in the video, he mentioned the problem of the “floppy collar”. But you don’t even see the collar. So the viewer doesn’t even know what he’s referring to. WTF??
You also don’t see the shirts under the sweaters lol
They have beautiful polo shirts with colors and patterns that is hard to find. A bit expensive but the fit is awesome.
Daymond was jealous bc Fubu was harder to execute as fast as this guy, props to this guy for knowing how valuation works in capital markets, they paid 3x earnings, sharks have invested in nothing burgers for way higher multiples. Daymond was jealous
I agree with “Kintaku” ‘s comment below. This guy is lucky beyond belief. The value that Mark and Dragon’s Den guy bring (worldwide sales with Dragons Den guy remember) and them only asking for 10% between the two of them is FANTASTIC. Smugness will get you nowhere except the food stamp line.
Collars & Co is a scam!!!!!!!!
I appreciate you watching and commenting Milano. Please elaborate.
Hi, I don’t know what kind of involvement you have with the company, but I am from Italy, and for the very first time in over 31 years of shopping online all over the world, I got scammed by these thieves. I paid $ 152 for two polo, the took my money and all of the sudden they disappeared. After 2 weeks, no news if and when they will be shipping. Too bad they don’t know that in Europe we do have extremely strict rules and legislation against scammers and fraud online. Very much surprised that Mark Cuban has something to do with the scam.@Joe Pardo

Hey, thanks for reaching out. I can reach out to Justin (I’ve interviewed him twice here on the channel) and have him look into what is going on with your order. Also, as far as Mark goes.. You should look up “mark cuban voyager lawsuit” for him accused of promoting a ponzi scheme.

You’re very welcome. I want to see this corrected. I passed your message along to Justin and he said would be looking into it. He did mention that there is a Chinese knockoff company (using their images, logo etc) that they had to have removed TikTok but not from Instagram. Did you purchase directly from their website or through clicking on one of their ads? https://collarsandco.com/
“I hate this look” does ot equal “I don’t want to make money”. Fashion preference seems a strange reason to walk from a deal.
The company’s customer service is brutal. They advertise 24-48 hours processing time but it’s more like 15 days or longer. Furthermore, their return policies are not honored and they won’t let you cancel orders. Don’t waste your money on their hype and go with a trusted brand
