Yes, Mark was rightfully PO’ed. But at least a lesson was learned: Play to your audience as you pitch. I really like these guys’ idea to do the prescription service. Remember lots of families have two vehicles. Regarding the hanging of the fresheners: maybe they could attach to the inside dash board of the car as the Sauce Moto (the condiment holder) does. It’s the “this one smells like winning” comment not just that it’s a Warriors one. I think they were low key needling Mr. Cuban, if they really wanted to reel him in don’t insult the guy.

@Stephen Ash I think it really comes down to the cop you happen to cross on any particular day. But I personally don’t hang anything from my rear view mirror because it does obstruct your ability to look out to the front passenger side. Especially with larger air fresheners that have a tendency to spin around.

I probably would have reacted the exact same way but it’s not right its a character flaw and Cuban would tell you the same. The guys made a mistake insulting him but it wasn’t intentional and his reaction speaks volumes to his personality and I’d be hesitant to marry him to my business if he showed you a vindictive side that quickly

@Joe Pardo Nor is there hanging from the rearview mirror. Airflow has nothing to do with it Joe. I’ve had different air fresheners in my cars for over 45 years. Never was there an issue of the scent not being smelled in an enclosed cabin. That’s the secret… enclosure.

Mark was right, read the room. Kevin doesn’t care to get joked on / disrespected. He laughs all the way to the bank making crap deals. Mark however is not Kevin. It was a jab at mark not really a joke. A good joke is when everyone laughs. I don’t particularly like Mark, I don’t hate him, but I’ll side with Mark on this one.

I think everyone is missing the point and why it was a great move. Mark blowing up at someone on shark tank almost guarantees it’ll end up all over social media.
This was a smart move because I heard about this company BECAUSE of Mark’s reaction, if they brought a Mavs freshener, no guarantee this would even be on Joe’s radar for a reaction video.
They talked about the strategy in the interview I did with them. But absolutely, beef sells. 🙂 I did the entire episode the night it aired, regardless.
