Absolutely! I think the other thing I didn’t mention in the video is being able to split the paternity leave between two parents can give great coverage till the baby is toddler age.

not even sure how this becomes a heated debate lol. PARENTS(mothers & fathers) are the backbone of a healthy and productive society. The only problem should be figuring out a reasonable balance in the amount of time-off for both!
