Growing up in a poor family, he found quickly that he wanted more in life. Nick took an big interest in popular successful people, including Donald Trump.

It wasn’t until Nick experienced an accident down in Florida that pushed back to South Jersey. That’s when he went to help his dad with his boat repair shop. Recognizing a gold mine of spare parts in the parts room is where he got started becoming a web entrepreneur.

It would take Nick a year of learning and finding failures to push through the failure and become a successful web entrepreneur. Being self taught, Nick admits that it took him longer than it would take someone who was professionally trained.

Nick proves that the path to success and understanding of an industry isn’t just found in schooling but in trial and error,  and of course youtube videos.

I know Nick personally, and even get to play roller hockey with him on one of my tems. I’m really glad that he decided to come on the show to share what makes him a successful web entrepreneur in his own right.

welcome to the show neck I don’t doubt
i’m doing wonderful thank you for coming

8
00:00:52,350 –> 00:00:53,699
on I really appreciate it

9
00:00:53,699 –> 00:00:56,760
no problem let’s get started by giving
some background about yourself

10
00:00:56,760 –> 00:01:02,430
well i guess i got started in business
I’ve my first real job was a motorcycle

11
00:01:02,430 –> 00:01:06,240
sales person for harley-davidson i was
living in florida the time moved out

12
00:01:06,240 –> 00:01:11,9
there by myself when I was 20 it for
probably a little over a year and ended

13
00:01:11,9 –> 00:01:16,530
up getting in a motorcycle accident and
had to get flown home and back to my

14
00:01:16,530 –> 00:01:17,250
parents

15
00:01:17,250 –> 00:01:21,750
that’s kind of how I ended up here and
how i ended up to get into the Marine

16
00:01:21,750 –> 00:01:26,789
business there I just growing over the
past six or seven years however long

17
00:01:26,789 –> 00:01:28,590
it’s been into what it is now

18
00:01:28,590 –> 00:01:32,580
yeah I mean you do pretty well for
yourself from what i can tell it’s still

19
00:01:32,580 –> 00:01:37,259
a young business and I more ideas that i
have time so it’s kind of hard to pick

20
00:01:37,259 –> 00:01:43,649
the ones that I want to work on and you
know i am basically in business with my

21
00:01:43,649 –> 00:01:47,789
dad right now with all the new weight
marine stuff all the boat stuff that

22
00:01:47,789 –> 00:01:52,619
mount royal Enterprises is my own
project for web design and marketing and

23
00:01:52,619 –> 00:01:57,869
a new wave has about five projects
within it so it’s kind of six little

24
00:01:57,869 –> 00:02:00,780
things going on i’m trying to balance
out and pick the ones I like the most

25
00:02:00,780 –> 00:02:05,910
feel are the most profitable basically
yeah it can be tough to balance out

26
00:02:05,910 –> 00:02:08,848
different things we have so many ideas
bouncing around and so many

27
00:02:08,848 –> 00:02:13,49
opportunities come your way but not
everyone is necessarily the right path

28
00:02:13,50 –> 00:02:17,250
for you to take its hard how do you go
about figuring that out

29
00:02:17,760 –> 00:02:22,79
it’s really a lot of trial and error I
spend a lot of time new wave is that my

30
00:02:22,80 –> 00:02:27,840
part of the business at least it’s all
web based with online sales and I tried

31
00:02:27,840 –> 00:02:33,180
probably almost eight websites through
new lane which most of them fail someone

32
00:02:33,180 –> 00:02:37,920
take off when one fails I just move on
the next one basically and right now we

33
00:02:37,920 –> 00:02:42,238
have three of them wide and an ebay
store and one another new ones getting

34
00:02:42,239 –> 00:02:43,140
ready to launch

35
00:02:43,140 –> 00:02:47,10
it’s just a matter of trial and I really
just like any business know when you say

36
00:02:47,10 –> 00:02:49,470
websites do you mean different designs
or

37
00:02:49,470 –> 00:02:54,510
different names that it would go that
you sell under its really that I choose

38
00:02:54,510 –> 00:02:58,769
a small niche within the boating
community of products we started off on

39
00:02:58,770 –> 00:03:03,300
ebay with about 1,500 different items
that were just random boating items

40
00:03:03,300 –> 00:03:07,650
voting parts that we picked in over six
years kind of fine tune the listings

41
00:03:07,650 –> 00:03:10,740
fine-tune everything about them and it
just grew and grew

42
00:03:10,740 –> 00:03:15,600
then I decided that I didn’t want to be
be a 12-percent my sales anymore so it’s

43
00:03:15,600 –> 00:03:20,700
gonna start getting into websites and I
built my first website was for exhaust

44
00:03:20,700 –> 00:03:26,459
parts for boats a lot smaller compared
to ebay was about 99 parts instead of

45
00:03:26,459 –> 00:03:32,730
1500 and that started really slow i had
to teach myself basic web design have to

46
00:03:32,730 –> 00:03:37,920
keep myself global marketing SEO and all
that stuff took me about a year even

47
00:03:37,920 –> 00:03:42,750
make it probably what I would call
profitable and then two years in I had a

48
00:03:42,750 –> 00:03:47,40
pretty decent lookin side up and it was
doing you know probably twenty thousand

49
00:03:47,40 –> 00:03:48,359
a month in sales

50
00:03:48,360 –> 00:03:53,489
it was still no not nowhere near where
it should have been but I you know

51
00:03:53,489 –> 00:03:59,160
basically taught myself by watching
youtube videos on how to do it and today

52
00:03:59,160 –> 00:04:04,49
that website that was my first one today
that site’s doing about 70 thousand a

53
00:04:04,50 –> 00:04:10,200
month in sales only 19 items which is my
most successful site still if you

54
00:04:10,200 –> 00:04:15,359
compare the amount of sales to the
amount of items i did my second shot of

55
00:04:15,360 –> 00:04:19,950
sight was for lighting for boats like
underwater lighting copy lighting and

56
00:04:19,950 –> 00:04:24,479
that failed miserably took about three
months of time and really hard work had

57
00:04:24,479 –> 00:04:29,340
a guy hired help me build products that
we had 300 products on the site and just

58
00:04:29,340 –> 00:04:34,140
didn’t the Prophet just wasn’t there are
competitors were killing us on them so

59
00:04:34,140 –> 00:04:38,550
we scrap that move on the next thing and
the next thing the next thing and just

60
00:04:38,550 –> 00:04:39,900
kind of goes on like that

61
00:04:39,900 –> 00:04:44,969
yeah I mean it’s great when you can take
failure and learn something from it i

62
00:04:44,970 –> 00:04:48,419
mean really every failure you should be
able to learn something from so you

63
00:04:48,419 –> 00:04:53,430
could take to the next project and and
make it better that you know off of that

64
00:04:53,430 –> 00:04:54,240
failure

65
00:04:54,240 –> 00:04:56,729
exactly and that’s why you know I
wouldn’t even call it a failure i

66
00:04:56,729 –> 00:05:00,960
concerned we’re learning experience like
just the three months I’ve spent

67
00:05:00,960 –> 00:05:03,90
building that LED lighting so I tried

68
00:05:03,90 –> 00:05:05,880
things that I didn’t drive my other
sites and some of the more work i would

69
00:05:05,880 –> 00:05:10,469
adapt it to the exhaust site and it made
that straight better you know it’s if i

70
00:05:10,470 –> 00:05:14,370
needed to you know write a short line of
some kind of new code that didn’t have

71
00:05:14,370 –> 00:05:18,419
the right i went on youtube probably
learned how to do it and that’s you know

72
00:05:18,419 –> 00:05:23,10
three months a real web designer private
site in two weeks it took me three

73
00:05:23,10 –> 00:05:26,370
months to do but in that three months i
learned basically everything with the

74
00:05:26,370 –> 00:05:30,180
college for so yeah it’s amazing what we
can learn with YouTube nowadays I mean

75
00:05:30,180 –> 00:05:33,570
pretty much anything you want to learn
it’s right at your fingertips just

76
00:05:33,570 –> 00:05:37,349
search just got know what to look for
her and that sometimes that’s the

77
00:05:37,350 –> 00:05:41,220
hardest part to know what it’s called
and and sometimes even I I know myself

78
00:05:41,220 –> 00:05:45,810
could take that you know a day or two or
even up to a week where I’ll be sitting

79
00:05:45,810 –> 00:05:48,600
there thinking about something else also
popped my head like oh that’s what I

80
00:05:48,600 –> 00:05:52,350
need to search for that’s what I
couldn’t think of I think that mindset

81
00:05:52,350 –> 00:05:57,600
is the key to doing what i do to online
marketing for e-commerce sales based

82
00:05:57,600 –> 00:06:03,240
websites is the typical website goes and
puts all the parts on the website called

83
00:06:03,240 –> 00:06:07,470
the day helps people by the market on
when i list my parts when I make my

84
00:06:07,470 –> 00:06:12,270
websites i sit back with every listing
and say when somebody is looking for

85
00:06:12,270 –> 00:06:13,80
this

86
00:06:13,80 –> 00:06:17,39
what are they gonna think it’s called
not what is it called it might be called

87
00:06:17,39 –> 00:06:20,550
an exhaust manifold to me with a
specific part number from the

88
00:06:20,550 –> 00:06:23,729
manufacturer but i’ll take the mantle
and say well somebody might call the

89
00:06:23,729 –> 00:06:29,280
header somebody might call it and intake
manifold by accident you never know and

90
00:06:29,280 –> 00:06:32,70
you take those things into consideration
when you’re building the site and you

91
00:06:32,70 –> 00:06:36,450
doing the SEO and you can guide traffic
for almost free compared to what

92
00:06:36,450 –> 00:06:39,960
competitors are paying for because
you’re using keywords and nobody else

93
00:06:39,960 –> 00:06:45,270
uses one example was a marine Trump’s i
sell it for about four hundred dollars

94
00:06:45,270 –> 00:06:46,289
apiece

95
00:06:46,289 –> 00:06:51,750
I pretty much doubled my sales on those
by using a number that was stamped on

96
00:06:51,750 –> 00:06:52,229
them

97
00:06:52,229 –> 00:06:55,409
it’s not a part number so random number
for some reason that stamped on all the

98
00:06:55,410 –> 00:06:59,430
one of my customers team and saying he
was looking for this part and I said

99
00:06:59,430 –> 00:07:02,970
I’ve never heard that part number for
show me the pump it said on it and that

100
00:07:02,970 –> 00:07:05,849
they want to put them on my listings and
double micelles you know it’s always

101
00:07:05,849 –> 00:07:09,960
find me when I see things that have
numbers on things and it has nothing to

102
00:07:09,960 –> 00:07:13,799
do with anything that you can search it
by and

103
00:07:13,800 –> 00:07:17,849
that I mean that right there is a great
idea the opposite of that would be put

104
00:07:17,849 –> 00:07:22,740
the part number of what it is on the
part itself you know instead of just

105
00:07:22,740 –> 00:07:26,699
random not right well it’s not random to
somebody but random to us

106
00:07:26,699 –> 00:07:31,259
yeah so what does it mean to be an
entrepreneur to you me it’s about

107
00:07:31,259 –> 00:07:35,610
freedom it’s about not having to be
underneath somebody and not having set

108
00:07:35,610 –> 00:07:40,800
ours to work and you know the ultimate
goal for me is to be able to do whatever

109
00:07:40,800 –> 00:07:42,360
I want whenever I want to

110
00:07:42,360 –> 00:07:46,199
whether that be because i have money to
do it or the time to do it it’s being

111
00:07:46,199 –> 00:07:49,860
entrepreneurs the ultimate goal is to
free up both of those things wink

112
00:07:49,860 –> 00:07:54,539
so what would you say inspires you I
inspirational eyes it’s the ultimate

113
00:07:54,539 –> 00:07:59,490
inspiration is freedom I mean just you
know not having to be in the office

114
00:07:59,490 –> 00:08:04,379
every day it’s I want to live my life I
want to travel the world I want to know

115
00:08:04,379 –> 00:08:08,699
what it’s like to guess the ultimate
word is nirvana

116
00:08:09,449 –> 00:08:14,159
I want that feeling of no wants or
desires because I can do whatever I want

117
00:08:14,159 –> 00:08:16,469
so I’m just content with doing nothing
at all

118
00:08:16,469 –> 00:08:20,699
that’s really like my life goal so how
did your dream come about a lot of

119
00:08:20,699 –> 00:08:22,139
reading when I was younger

120
00:08:22,139 –> 00:08:26,159
just reading about different businesses
how people got started and I really

121
00:08:26,159 –> 00:08:29,789
looked up to people that were in the
business world that were really

122
00:08:29,789 –> 00:08:36,750
successful I back before robert kiyosaki
was trying to solve everybody his books

123
00:08:36,750 –> 00:08:41,820
even Donald Trump is mostly him now he
was a big inspiration for me successful

124
00:08:41,820 –> 00:08:44,760
business people in general so how is
your dream received by your family

125
00:08:44,760 –> 00:08:50,819
members you know it’s funny I think my
family started off basically growing up

126
00:08:50,820 –> 00:08:57,870
we were really poor my mom and dad had
me really young my dad was just starting

127
00:08:57,870 –> 00:09:04,770
his business and we were you know it’s
so close to losing our house so close to

128
00:09:04,770 –> 00:09:06,300
everything I remember it all

129
00:09:06,300 –> 00:09:12,719
I was probably five years old somehow I
still remember at all armed and my dad’s

130
00:09:12,720 –> 00:09:17,850
a hostelry coach started business and
never put and I think that mindset kind

131
00:09:17,850 –> 00:09:22,50
of came from him he was always like that
my brother’s I have two brothers are

132
00:09:22,50 –> 00:09:25,170
younger than me that have very similar
mindsets that are kind of both breaking

133
00:09:25,170 –> 00:09:27,99
into the business world now

134
00:09:27,100 –> 00:09:32,890
younger 22-24 and we all looked like
kind of the same way where we don’t want

135
00:09:32,890 –> 00:09:37,630
to just live a normal life shit back
work our job retire and then just have

136
00:09:37,630 –> 00:09:42,790
nothing to do we want to experience
everything the world can give you it’s

137
00:09:42,790 –> 00:09:47,740
it’s actually really helpful to have my
family kind of witness a mindset and

138
00:09:47,740 –> 00:09:50,740
we’re all pushing each other all the
time to do bigger and better things

139
00:09:51,400 –> 00:09:54,819
so what steps did you take to get
started while getting started like i

140
00:09:54,820 –> 00:09:58,30
said i was employed and got into
accident ended up back here in New

141
00:09:58,30 –> 00:10:03,939
Jersey living with my mom and I had like
three broken bones and a mess up hip

142
00:10:03,940 –> 00:10:08,20
from the accident so I didn’t really
have much of a way to work but my dad

143
00:10:08,20 –> 00:10:13,660
had owned his boating business he was a
repair guy base with boats and he said

144
00:10:13,660 –> 00:10:19,150
it for that time probably already 20
years so he’s got piles upon piles of

145
00:10:19,150 –> 00:10:24,850
old used boat parts behind the shop in
the shop all over the place i went in

146
00:10:24,850 –> 00:10:29,770
and start putting them on ebay and see
if i can sell and it just kind of took

147
00:10:29,770 –> 00:10:34,270
off from there we sold tons of use both
parts my dad had already been sound a

148
00:10:34,270 –> 00:10:37,150
little bit on ebay but they really the
times you busy working with customers

149
00:10:37,150 –> 00:10:42,790
boats we pretty much sold all the you
stuff that he had and went on to start

150
00:10:42,790 –> 00:10:47,199
listing more and more new things on
there and you know two years and we add

151
00:10:47,200 –> 00:10:51,670
thousand items on ebay and they were
also some pretty well and from there we

152
00:10:51,670 –> 00:10:55,689
went on the building websites we’re
going to do an amazon store as well and

153
00:10:55,690 –> 00:10:59,800
just kind of keeps growing from there
basically so what roblox have you come

154
00:10:59,800 –> 00:11:07,30
across a boy the employees it was hard
to find people still is hard to find

155
00:11:07,30 –> 00:11:11,380
people to do something in this line of
work with new way because you need

156
00:11:11,380 –> 00:11:16,720
people that understand two things boats
and computers and people that are really

157
00:11:16,720 –> 00:11:20,710
good with computers don’t know anything
about boats and people that have votes

158
00:11:20,710 –> 00:11:24,910
that work on their own boat that
understand both parts have no clue how

159
00:11:24,910 –> 00:11:29,290
to use computer so to find something in
the middle of that it’s really

160
00:11:29,290 –> 00:11:34,599
challenging second challenge is really
like scaling from something smaller

161
00:11:34,600 –> 00:11:38,600
something bigger to keeping track of
your inventory and

162
00:11:38,600 –> 00:11:42,230
when you sell on multiple platforms like
we have three websites and an ebay store

163
00:11:42,230 –> 00:11:45,470
that all might have the same item bottom
to balance your inventory over those

164
00:11:45,470 –> 00:11:51,350
three areas is really tricky so how have
you overcome those Robox well you know

165
00:11:51,350 –> 00:11:55,130
we went through about three shipping
managers before we found you know

166
00:11:55,130 –> 00:11:59,149
someone we liked we got a really good
guy now you know works about $PERCENT

167
00:11:59,149 –> 00:12:02,899
off and we invoke you know allows me to
not have to worry about that so I can

168
00:12:02,899 –> 00:12:07,790
focus more on other things do have
interns in and out of here that I our

169
00:12:07,790 –> 00:12:11,180
work that do basic work work on the
listings and they’re not really about

170
00:12:11,180 –> 00:12:14,989
people not really computer people but
people that can kind of do the list of

171
00:12:14,990 –> 00:12:18,949
things that I and them that I kinda gets
a little bit of work off my back as far

172
00:12:18,949 –> 00:12:24,170
as the inventory and all that fun stuff
that’s still really a challenge kind of

173
00:12:24,170 –> 00:12:28,639
the team here between me and my shipping
guy and everybody else here my dad even

174
00:12:28,639 –> 00:12:35,149
we just watch carefully and keep it as
up-to-date as possible we still at this

175
00:12:35,149 –> 00:12:39,980
point run into every once in awhile
overselling something or pricing not

176
00:12:39,980 –> 00:12:44,60
being updated which updated when we can
and you know sometimes little lost but

177
00:12:44,60 –> 00:12:47,750
it’s not that big of a deal compared to
the big picture right now i’m working

178
00:12:47,750 –> 00:12:51,680
with a software company to develop a
software that automates at all that

179
00:12:51,680 –> 00:12:57,258
basically builds a bridge from my
website to all of my suppliers that will

180
00:12:57,259 –> 00:13:02,779
adjust pricing an inventory based on
their files on a daily basis that’s kind

181
00:13:02,779 –> 00:13:06,500
of been like a year in the works and
it’s started making good headway but

182
00:13:06,500 –> 00:13:10,850
it’s a lot of work and once that’s done
it can really be the next level for us I

183
00:13:10,850 –> 00:13:16,130
think that kind of program it can be
very expensive it’s it’s hard to find a

184
00:13:16,130 –> 00:13:21,50
good trustworthy programmer we’ve been
through probably 45 of them that we

185
00:13:21,50 –> 00:13:25,699
tried failed try and fail and I’m kind
of getting better at trying new people .

186
00:13:25,699 –> 00:13:30,50
i’m not willing to pay anybody unless
they make it work so i’m working with

187
00:13:30,50 –> 00:13:35,389
now is you know i’ll pay them good money
but not working i’m pretty confident

188
00:13:35,389 –> 00:13:36,680
these guys going to do the trick

189
00:13:36,680 –> 00:13:41,449
so it’s a really fancy system yeah I’ve
explained the people before that you

190
00:13:41,449 –> 00:13:44,680
know just because you have an idea and
you don’t know how to program it

191
00:13:44,680 –> 00:13:49,449
and somebody tells you oh I’ll do it for
two grand doesn’t necessarily mean that

192
00:13:49,450 –> 00:13:53,260
it’s gonna be two grand because they
they know that once you’re into grand

193
00:13:53,260 –> 00:13:56,80
that you’re going to be willing to spend
more money because you’re already in it

194
00:13:56,80 –> 00:13:59,980
you know you’re in it to win it at that
point you you’re probably a year or two

195
00:13:59,980 –> 00:14:04,810
in the development so you’re not going
to go to anybody else and they got you

196
00:14:05,470 –> 00:14:10,630
yep oh yeah having only it’s a shame it
really is a shame i mean the best way to

197
00:14:10,630 –> 00:14:15,189
that I’ve explained the people is really
with anything it’s just jump in and do

198
00:14:15,190 –> 00:14:16,240
it yourself

199
00:14:16,240 –> 00:14:19,600
I mean if you don’t know how to program
there’s tons of books out there there’s

200
00:14:19,600 –> 00:14:24,730
tons of youtube videos there’s plenty of
ways to find out and there’s plenty of

201
00:14:24,730 –> 00:14:31,29
support groups to find out but I mean
depending on it like in your case did

202
00:14:31,29 –> 00:14:35,649
those kinds of um where it’s not talking
about a nap you really kind of have to

203
00:14:35,649 –> 00:14:36,760
know what you’re doing

204
00:14:36,760 –> 00:14:40,120
oh yeah this is at a level of
programming that I’m doing for the

205
00:14:40,120 –> 00:14:43,630
software for the back into the business
here is well beyond what I’m capable of

206
00:14:43,630 –> 00:14:48,790
doing i can build a website i can build
a simple at but this is a some pretty

207
00:14:48,790 –> 00:14:52,390
serious stuff but even through my trials
with other companies and other

208
00:14:52,390 –> 00:14:56,920
programmers I’ve learned enough and
taught myself things so now that I

209
00:14:56,920 –> 00:15:00,400
understand what to tell them to do at
least you know I understand what they’re

210
00:15:00,400 –> 00:15:04,360
gonna do I just not going to do it
myself without doing it full time for

211
00:15:04,360 –> 00:15:08,800
probably years and they have full team
of people so you definitely need a lot

212
00:15:08,800 –> 00:15:13,000
of people to make the bigger the dream
the more people you need to eat to make

213
00:15:13,000 –> 00:15:16,570
that happen especially when it comes to
programming so as any parts of your

214
00:15:16,570 –> 00:15:18,130
dream that haven’t quite worked out yet

215
00:15:18,130 –> 00:15:22,600
all you know is going to be a
multi-millionaire by almost 25 but 27

216
00:15:22,600 –> 00:15:26,800
now and that still working on itself
other than Adam you know I can’t

217
00:15:26,800 –> 00:15:33,310
complain that’s i’m still at this point
in the business in my office almost

218
00:15:33,310 –> 00:15:38,949
every day lot of hours fine-tuning
things and trying to make it work so

219
00:15:38,950 –> 00:15:42,880
it’s not you know very far from my goal
still but i don’t think there’s been any

220
00:15:42,880 –> 00:15:47,170
major roadblocks that were just you know
good learning experiences so do you have

221
00:15:47,170 –> 00:15:51,399
a favorite memory from all your
entrepreneurship it’s hard to say you

222
00:15:51,399 –> 00:15:55,600
know it’s always a good memory when you
break your I monthly sales record or

223
00:15:55,600 –> 00:15:56,290
something

224
00:15:56,290 –> 00:15:57,889
at this point we keep doing it

225
00:15:57,889 –> 00:16:02,420
three months so it’s I’d just like to
think back to know before i started

226
00:16:02,420 –> 00:16:05,899
doing this before i was doing really
well i remember things like just looking

227
00:16:05,899 –> 00:16:10,309
at people that were successful and
saying man I couldn’t even imagine being

228
00:16:10,309 –> 00:16:14,809
that . and now i’m kinda like beyond
that . now I look up to people even

229
00:16:14,809 –> 00:16:18,589
farther down the road I just think it’s
probably a never-ending ladder of

230
00:16:18,589 –> 00:16:24,799
success but it’s cool to see that you
know to look back and remember where you

231
00:16:24,799 –> 00:16:30,470
were five years ago and say well if this
where i am now seems impossible then I

232
00:16:30,470 –> 00:16:36,319
look at a guy like Elon Musk’s Tesla
Motors and his brother really successful

233
00:16:36,319 –> 00:16:39,889
company the stable that might seem crazy
now but five years from now might not

234
00:16:39,889 –> 00:16:42,529
you know so it’s what keeps me going

235
00:16:42,529 –> 00:16:47,29
it’s funny how that that cycle never
even come to an end because once you get

236
00:16:47,29 –> 00:16:52,790
to that point of a Bill Gates or or even
lesser than Bill Gates the cycle starts

237
00:16:52,790 –> 00:16:57,108
over because now it’s a race to donate
as much money as you possibly can to be

238
00:16:57,109 –> 00:16:58,249
successful

239
00:16:58,249 –> 00:17:02,149
exactly it so there’s always something
that’s you know I have friends and but

240
00:17:02,149 –> 00:17:05,990
families that are way more success with
me that I look up to and you know you

241
00:17:05,990 –> 00:17:09,679
could have a conversation with them and
they talk about other people when I you

242
00:17:09,679 –> 00:17:10,399
think of them

243
00:17:10,398 –> 00:17:13,638
it’s just amazing to see that that’s
just like if you base your happiness

244
00:17:13,638 –> 00:17:17,629
upon how successful you are you’re never
going to get there because it’s not

245
00:17:17,630 –> 00:17:22,69
something that has an end really i don’t
think so you kind of touched on it but

246
00:17:22,69 –> 00:17:25,250
let’s go deeper into what your dreams
for the future look like

247
00:17:25,250 –> 00:17:29,269
well I really with new wave marine with
the websites all little building it’s

248
00:17:29,269 –> 00:17:33,860
the goal is to really make it automated
so you know automate pricing automate

249
00:17:33,860 –> 00:17:38,539
inventory ought to be automate drop
shipping and have a good crew you’re

250
00:17:38,539 –> 00:17:43,789
running it you know once i get that
really down i really want to focus more

251
00:17:43,789 –> 00:17:47,330
on my marketing company i’m not royal
enterprises

252
00:17:47,330 –> 00:17:50,658
I don’t have a lot of time for that
right now I kind of do you know one or

253
00:17:50,659 –> 00:17:55,639
two projects a month with that right now
for smaller businesses local businesses

254
00:17:55,639 –> 00:17:59,149
a lot of my friends that have business
to help them out and I don’t do it for

255
00:17:59,149 –> 00:18:03,620
half the price that a major marketing
company would do and it’s the same stuff

256
00:18:03,620 –> 00:18:07,250
that I’m doing here for my business new
wave you know I learned if i doing it

257
00:18:07,250 –> 00:18:10,540
which is a big advantage over I

258
00:18:10,540 –> 00:18:15,70
somebody to learn to buy go to school
for it i’ve implemented it but overall

259
00:18:15,70 –> 00:18:19,720
you know it’s hard to say for the future
plans with these two businesses the

260
00:18:19,720 –> 00:18:24,490
grown as big as I can make them
successful and who knows where to go

261
00:18:24,490 –> 00:18:28,690
from there you know i would love to try
new things try new businesses and new

262
00:18:28,690 –> 00:18:30,790
people that’s what’s fun for me

263
00:18:30,790 –> 00:18:35,680
yeah i can attest to meeting new people
as being very fun as part of the one of

264
00:18:35,680 –> 00:18:39,220
the perks of doing this show so do you
have any last thoughts you’d like to

265
00:18:39,220 –> 00:18:39,790
share

266
00:18:39,790 –> 00:18:42,820
yeah just think throughout you know for
anybody that’s looking to start their

267
00:18:42,820 –> 00:18:47,260
own business with you know like an
entrepreneurial mindset just realized

268
00:18:47,260 –> 00:18:51,220
that begins the hardest part if you can
get past that it’s a lot of fun you know

269
00:18:51,220 –> 00:18:55,360
it’s not all about making money it’s
about being able to do what you want to

270
00:18:55,360 –> 00:18:59,949
do with your life and enjoying kind of
the journey that the growth it’s like a

271
00:18:59,950 –> 00:19:04,540
kid you’re with your child you’re
watching it grow and no matter what it

272
00:19:04,540 –> 00:19:08,770
is you’re kinda happy and you learn from
it and you just gotta keep pushing to

273
00:19:08,770 –> 00:19:10,389
make it bigger and better

274
00:19:10,390 –> 00:19:15,190
very well put would you like to share
