I think it’s fair.
Look, you can go to a restaurant, have a meal and not enjoy the food, and leave a review saying that you didn’t enjoy the food.
As long as they offer a constructive 1* review, I don’t see it as a problem.
But, often 1* reviews are just rage commenting!
It’s a fair concern that other dogs may also not like the product. I think it is more than fair.
I think that’s a great idea, standing outside of the petshops and selling cake mix.
You don’t need a lot of inventory – It’s easy to do. Spend a weekend promoting it. Give free samples out to the dogs. At least the owner can try before they buy.
Give a discount when people buy it then and there, and perhaps a flyer with a smaller discount for the website.
It allows you to get your paws wet, with minimum risk.
What’s interesting is on the website there is no reference to shark tank which even when people flop on the tank they still promote it. So good for her
Maybe because it was some time ago maybe it was on there initially but took down after a while?
I dont blame her. The sharks treated her with undeserved disrespect, especially o’leary.
It’s in her interest that no potential client of hers ever watch that episode, unfortunately.

All this BS that cake, ice cream, and normal food have to be special for dogs. Sure, dog food is purpose-built for them, but for an occasional treat, ice cream is a dream for dogs as is cake. Just don’t use chocolate or other items your vet might tell you about, such as allergies, etc. Dogs in general have our tastes and can eat what we do. Just try and get your cat to eat any of this. It’s cats that need 100% custom food with key amino acids, etc.
