After ten years with the military, Joe was planning to take a contract job with
the government till he got a phone call from his friend to open a crossfit gym!
Joe Redden started his own crossfit gym in Tampa Florida after getting a call
from his friend. Crossfit helped him lose a lot of weight earlier in life and he
thought it would be grew to own his own gym. With the help of his friend, and
his wife, they moved to Tampa and started a business with no idea the kind of
success they were bound for.
In a short time, they found themselves needing to expand to a new building
because their crossfit membership had climbed way faster than they could have
expected! They were able to bring not only crossfit to Ybor, but a gym where
there was none.
Joe is a great example of what can be accomplished when you hone your skills
into something your a passionate about!
