30% of China’s GDP is Housing Development. 62 Trillion in property and all those ghost cities are falling apart, and there is no ROI for the investors because there are no renters. This thing is about to collapse. October 18th is the deadline. Evergrande is not the only one there more that are about to crash right along with them. These people have generations of their families wealth rolled u into the apartments and within 3 years they are collapsing. ADV China speaks on this. They are expats in China and are spreading the truth. These cities are massive and nobody’s home.
