I have friends here in California who work at Fear Farm, a popular attraction in the high desert. Fear Farm has been featured on several reality shows, and it’s open every weekend in October. The owner not only makes a profit from the business but also designs attractions for other haunted places throughout the year.
This deal will not go through. You dont sell a stake in a business for 1x net profit lol
maybe when he gets home , he will realize the deal he made and it wont go through!

I know these guys and they are impressive! Their attention to details is second to none and they are really talented. I’d be willing to do business with Thrill Builders and Thrill Factory. Give their phone number a call, the receptionist is very scary!
Having personally worked with Guy and his wife, I can confidently say this is a disaster waiting to happen. They have some of the worst mismanagement I have ever seen in my life and it is 100% quantity over quality. The laundry list is insane. Do not do business with this man.
