How customers see your business is the reality you live in. Perception is reality…. Right? Take some time to put yourself in the customer’s shoes. What do you expect when you deal with other businesses? How would you exploit your business’ weaknesses if you were your own competition. Another way is to ask key trusted customers why they have a low or high perception of your business. Now go and pin point the pains in your business and turn the negative perception into positive experiences.
