Hi Joe. Great video. I like licencing deals but if you have a patent. Uni-Key must be one of the most famous licencing deal and he arranged before the tank but he was waiting for partner.

Really bad energy between these two. I’d be surprised if this deal goes through.

I literally just mark every 90 days on my calendar instead of 120 and use the one upgrade from the basic, it’s fine. Not really into spending rhe money on this but there is DEFINITELY a market and money to be made for him. I am just not his target market…..tech givea me anxiety I still use a pen and paper day timer lol (I’m 31 it isn’t because I am a senior either…)

People’s valuations are just nuts right now. Inflation is bad, but to get a deal I’d knock it down a bit…some may just want the publicity. He’ll also get that.

Is there a way to make your screen s split screen? Instead of very tiny or in and out, also when you search rhe company info afterwards would love a screen share of it as you go, for us visual learning folks.

I appreciate you watching and commenting!! I use pen and paper for my notes while doing this show. 🙂 But I do use a digital calendar which is helpful for coordinating between me, my wife and our kids’ schedules. Though with that said, my wife still has calendars in the kitchen for the kids and for her day to day glances.

In the past I had a layout that had me splitting the screen with the tv show. I prefer whatever is supposed to have your attention take center stage. When making these videos it all done in real time, and almost no editing, so I already have all of the webpages open in tabs to throw up onto the screen to save time.

Happy to have you in the Super Community Joyful Dog Services!

If you have rooms in your home that are drastically different temperatures you should talk to an HVAC contractor about it.
