First time seeing your video. Saw a 2 minute clip, and looked for the Shark Tank video. How did you not know that Mark would win, when it was covered in the media again? Anyways, a lot of talking and interrupting and wondering why people would choose to watch ST this way.

Storage Scholars is legit a waste of money.
Athletes every year, on every school literally do this for free for students.
This is a very difficult business model. I do the same thing for the Univ of TX but the problem is finding temporary warehouse storage space during the summer. You can only grow as much as your space allows, and warehouse storage is hard to find. Long term traditional self storage is much easier and more profitable.
Aren’t they using self-storage facilities? Hard to believe they’re actually doing this with temporary warehouse storage as Amazon fulfillment totally gobbles all the warehouse space as it comes online.
@Chris Chammas If they are using self storage facilities, what happens when you run out of units? Summer months for self storage is always busiest time of year. So you hopefully find enough units within the area to scale and fulfill customer demand. Then it becomes a logistical headache moving items to and from multiple facilities. In addition, you must source and rent box trucks. To your point, Amazon and other ecommerce fulfillment companies not only gobble up warehouse space but also moving trucks.

Once they scale large enough could acquire local self storage units the market is huge for those, additionally in the markets they serve lots of lands up for development. Huge opportunity for the company as far as their real estate portfolio. Could see them getting into real estate and taking over many different warehouses/ self storage facilities. Pretty sure they will eventually begin to purchase box trucks, which will also help their marketing as well. Lots of opportunity with smart spending and adequate funding.
