I like the idea but like you said too many SKUs can be either good or bad. It’s long been suggested that you should start with a few SKUs and then let the market justify the expansion of SKUs.

the type of person who orders beef wellington at a restaurant is not the type of person who orders it frozen from the internet. The welly bites are probably more profitable imo.
I ordered some of these products after the show and they are excellent, however I would order the less expensive stuff like the burgers or the bites or breakfast sandwiches again. As for the beef wellington, o would rather cook a prime rib, steak, or brisket.
I always order Wellington when at a restaurant that serves it. I’ve been ordering these from goldbelly and they are very good. A good price for the quality of the product.
