Travis Sherry wanted to help others travel like he does for almost free by starting a website called Extra Pack of Peanuts!

Getting to start his traveling in his early twenties, he was ready to start traveling around the rest of the world! While teaching the English language in Japan, he got an idea to start a website to teach others the best ways to make the most out of credit card points. It was Extra Pack of Peanuts that eventually started making enough money that enabled him to come back to America and pursue helping others with traveling the world full time.

It is such an amazing story and life that Travis had gotten to live so far. A large part of it because of his work on Extra Pack of Peanuts! It would also eventually turn into a book with all of his findings on how to make the best use of the points systems from credit card companies.

I was also very happy to hear that Travis’ integrity was not wavered when a credit card company pushed him to push people towards cards with worse points offerings. This argument occurred on his birthday, and resulted in him forfeiting $6,000 a month in revenue from the affiliate program he was using. Travis would eventually regain his revenue stream, but on his terms. Extra Pack of Peanuts and his reputation was more important the short term money.
