What the hell just happened! Also, I’ve never seen this product being used in my life but I still see the pumps
Yeah, quite sad and not one of Mark and Lori’s better moments if you ask me. 🙁
@Super Joe Pardo I’m not a fan of the whole “Do the deal now or I’m out.” type of deals, it’s a little childish. I understand that they are the sharks and they are giving out the money but at the same time for the most part that money is chump change to them. What, you’re telling me when they go in for business meetings they aren’t trying to get the best deal and people are telling them now or never?

@RegularGuyReacts many times it so they don’t have to compete with the other sharks. I’m not a fan either, but sometimes the deal is good and needs to be taken. But it’s also a good tv show drama recipe. Lol
I appreciate your take on it!

@RegularGuyReacts It is interesting to see how the showed evolved from season 1 to season 11. Honestly, I do not like how the sharks talk over each other and insult each other just to get a deal. In the UK Dragon Den, the pitcher and dragons are both respectful towards one another. Things I like about the newer season of shark tank are seeing products that entrepreneurs come up with, seeing crazy valuation, and seeing entertaining pitches.

@Hungry Refrigerator I like the Australian version of shark tank

Mark and lori put the pressure on him by cutting his money short, and Mark bringing the emotional BS into this ( all the do it for your wife and kids). Had this entrepreneur believed in his product or in his ability to make the product successful he would’ve negotiated with Kevin on lower equity rather than selling his company. Sad to see.
Anyways love from pakistan.
Do it for your kids, yet we will give you no royalties lol. I felt so bad when he was only asking for 2% royalties, but Lori and Mark decided to take 200k off their offer.
@Super Joe Pardo yeah that’s a good point as well, the main focus with this show is entertainment here . As viewers we only see the most interesting/outrageous bits.

@Super Joe Pardo It is crazy how a 2-hour pitch is cut to ten minutes for television; we as the audience miss so much detail.

Kevin was right on the deal structure that Lori and Mark made because he could have owned 100% of his company while receiving money from potentially licensing his product. The sharks like to say that Kevin deals are blood-sucking, but this deal was the personification of pure greed. I would love to see him do an interview on your channel because I am interested to hear his thoughts about how was it to be on the show and I would love to hear an update of what he is up to currently in his life.
Kevin definitely was the right deal. I would love to have him come on the show. I appreciate you watching and commenting!!
You are right
Come on man kevins deal was so much better what the hell he was thinking
Which season episode this might be
I would have never take such a deal even if Kevins would not be there especially seeing this face of Mark
Super Joe Pardo you should react to the pitch door Haven because that pitch is hilarious.

oh boy this one stung a bit, I think the poor guy got robbed. When Sharks fighting like that, you know you got something.
He did know and he backed out of the deal after the show
@Krishna Kishora really
Wow thank god
But what abt Kevin he lost it
@@kish really
Wow thank god

The naive and greedy chump could’ve had $600,000 and said adieu to worries. Kevin played with him and his greed. It was right out of Steinbeck’s ‘The Pearl’. Those six figure offers were far too generous. Most people don’t drink wine regularly, and there are a full aisle of wine preservation devices. In fact, the guy who had a vacuum device had a far better and cheaper product.
My thought is that he didn’t consider anyone offering him an amount for the entire company. I don’t think it is unrealistic to expect some kind of royalty. But Mark was right, all of the risk was on them to make it the next big thing. Having a better mouse trap isn’t enough, it has to be marketed properly to make it go.
Those are great points about there being aisles dedicated to wine preservation. $600k in retrospect would’ve been a killer deal, even if they were able to blow it up big. I think the lesson there is, just because someone can blow up big doesn’t mean it ever will. A lot of things need to go right for that to happen.
I appreciate you watching and commenting Thomas!
$600,000 isn’t enough for the rest of his life lol
Oh update he never went through with the deal and now his business made $7 million since then
Apparently you don’t have your facts straight.
Lori and Mark were ROBBING this man of his invention.
He changed his mind after the show, and opted out of the deal.
He went on a different reality show (kitchen inventions??), and is now a multi million dollar company (he averages 7 Mil. a year).
I am so disappointed with Eric, they smelled weakness and they went in for the kill.
It was disappointing and it seems like it hasn’t blown up like it totally could’ve. So taken advantage of, though again with editing who knows how long they sat there for.
He should took Kevin deal it sounded better
This was disgusting to watch. Man I don’t know what was edited out but the way its presented.. Man.. I felt bad for the guy they bullied him
He couldve said no and should have!!
Don’t feel too bad for him. He backed out of this god awful deal. His company currently makes 7 mil annually
@Gerstein03 Good! I’m so glad to hear that. I know it’s a TV show, but this episode greatly lowered my opinion of the sharks.
@@gerstein03 Good! I’m so glad to hear that. I know it’s a TV show, but this episode greatly lowered my opinion of the sharks.
I just finished watching this on TV and got so pissed off. I walked away saying that was disgusting and that I lost what little respect I had for these hacks. I was so mad I looked this up on YouTube to see what others thought in the replies. I’m glad others like yourselves felt the same way. ABC are the pimps bringing the shark hookers their customers.
Huge mistake…they lowballed him…wow…he shouldve walked!!! He is going to dred that decision when he couldve made millions..dumb!!
Yeah, he should’ve walked, probably could’ve gotten more money after it aired on TV (if it aired of course).
He backed out of the deal.
They’re sharks. And that’s why we love the show. He did to himself with his uncertainty and inability to take a quick smart decision.
And no need for them to be any kind of friendly as they didn’t plan on keeping working with him.
Anyway he backed out of the deal and it seems like it’s working for him.
Pushing this Guy to make a decision like that isn’t right!!!
Yeah, definitely not one of my favorite moments. I appreciate you watching and commenting Andrea!
Its blown up and made 7 mil btw so he got a happy ending
I appreciate you watching and commenting! What source do you have for this?
Worst negotiation ever
It was definitely hard to watch.
How many businesses has Super Tank invested in?
I appreciate you watching and commenting C D! I just launched the program at the end of last month. I have a few people who have reached out and working on some potential deals right now.
@Joe Pardo Definitely an interesting business model. I’d watched several videos, but hadn’t checked out your website until yesterday. This Super Tank idea is quite clever and fits nicely with your other business segments. i too am always looking for good investment opportunities. I’m more of the O’Leary type. Like sound businesses that are in need of funding and will pay a solid royalty. Best of luck.

Thanks! I’m excited to test my skills in multiple industries. What have you invested in (specifics or niches)?
i really hope this deal didn’t close, poor guy the sharks lowk did him dirty this was kinda scummy to me
Nope, he opted out of being robbed. He is still the owner, and a very successful one!
This was deplorable to watch. Normally a huge fan of this show but this was painful to see someone so clearly taken advantage of.
Definitely rough. I appreciate you watching and commenting Kirk.
Lets not dicker around and make it 2% lol. Then he takes 400k, wowzers…. 600k plenty really. To indecisive. You laugh you cry you kiss 200k goodbye..poof. Did he even go thru with the deal I think he may have bailed after the show. Seriously after they dropped it to 400k I’d have walked. The sharks smelled the blood in the water.
Mark is an ego driven piece of work…and Lori…well, she is a ‘patent’ collector.
You are correct, he did not go through with the deal. He bailed out after the show was over.
He went on a different reality show, they gobbled up his idea, and now he is averaging 7 Mil/year in sales.
Lori and Mark were blood suckers. How can someone sleep peacefully at night, realizing they robbed a hard working man out of his invention??
I’m SO happy to hear he opted out of the deal after the show, and is now a Million dollar company.
Lori and Mark had the audacity to get up and shake the poor guys hand. Two thieves in broad daylight throwing their wealth around and having fun playing with a man’s life and family was disgraceful and disgusting to watch. I felt filthy just watching it.
You might feel good to know that the deal did not close and he is doing $7 million in revenue.
Latex?! No. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.
They scammed this guy for his company. I have respect for damon who saw what Lori and nark were doing to this guy and he backed out. Kevin made the best offer. I can’t believe Mark is a billionaire and would do this to someone knowing they had no clue what to do. Mark took advantage of tv, light and pressure. If I was this guy I would of backed out of the deal after the show.
Honestly, I am kind of torn on this one. Obviously Kevin was the best offer, but this guy only value his company at $133K, so even $400,000 for the whole thing is kind of generous. That said, obviously the smart move was not to sell at all.
$600,000.oo and then lowered to $400K to buy out the company by Mark and Lori truly is a huge rip off. That is theft like Kevin said. I would not even entertain a company buyout for less than $5+ million minimum. The entrepreneur said he would take $500K with no royalty, and then settled at $400K, crazy stupid dumb. I just did a Google search and the company as of 2022 is estimated to be worth around $7 million. I knew I was right. It will be worth more.
heard that it makes 7 mil per year nowadays
