Super Joe Pardo travels to Monroe Township, New Jersey to meet with 4 year Etsy business owner Sandra to help turn her part-time efforts into her full-time business. Two of the biggest challenges that face Sandra is her time management and understanding her numbers better. Together we discover one other glaring issue that Sandra faces but wasn’t willing to tackle.

Super Joe enlists the help of his guest Etsy business expert Joshua Taylor from Modern Mouse Boutique. Joshua helps by giving her confidence that she can take her Etsy business full-time as well as guidance on how he goes about doing it himself.
