This business owner has become jaded and allows himself to accuse others for his shortcomings as a leader. Instead of leading, he blames and deflects. This is a common issue when a business if severely failing due to stress. It breaks my heart to see people be a part of a team with a leader that yells, blames, and accuses others for their problems.

As business owners and entrepreneurs we are supposed to be problem solvers, listeners and creators of solutions. None of which this business owner embraces as much as he embraces excuses.
