Ok I want some anytongs lol
I’m so confused about this useless product. Don’t people know you can make your own makeshift tong with two spoons and your fingers? Servers do it all the time… it only takes a few minutes to learn and you don’t need this useless product!

@Da Truth Too much room? You don’t need 100 tongs. Also, you can get tongs from the Dollar Store for 1/20th what this tong attachment costs ($19.99). Also more work to attach and detach and probably has compatibility issues with many types of utensils and possibly falling off. And as someone else mentioned, you also have to wash these. Is it a dud and I guarantee you he will not make it.

This weeks episode struck me as being pretty weak and full of filler pitches.

It depends. For the most part, you’re right. However, for some people, allergies are pretty severe. For example, just the whiff of nuts can cause anaphylactic shock to some people. Even food that doesn’t contain nuts, but made in the same factory that uses nuts can be severe for some people. Those are extreme examples of course. I have heard of some people who do have nut allergies, and say that it’s ok that the food might have traces of nuts, or made in a factory that uses nuts.
But you’re right, a wash is usually enough for 99% of people.

you still have to wash all those utensils. it’s easy to wash tongs. easier than forks for sure.

I’m seeing a trend where Mark is hard on Asian American entrepreneurs. I’ve even seen him do this with a child entrepreneur.
Maybe they’re the ones screwing up the most. If you know Mark, you know he doesn’t give two shits about who you are, all he cares about is if the idea and the entrepreneur is good. FYI I’m an Asian American too

As the sharks usually say, it’s a business for them, but not suitable for an investor. He will make some money, but not enough for an investor.
What he needed was a small business partner to help him run the business, in return for a 20%ish equity.
I think the sharks were a bit mean to him when he gave his speech about not quitting his job. Many times, the sharks have said that they prefer their entrepreneurs to be all in, to have no other job, to have a 3rd mortgage, they need to be hungry, etc. When someone says I can’t do that, they are like, no, no, no, what are you talking about??? We have never said that….
