My grandma passed 12 years ago and my sister and I each got stones of her ashes, so I’m sort of confused about how unique his company is considering how long this option has been around…maybe I missed why his stones are unique?
That is nice that you got her ashes converted to stone. A reason why his process is unique would be nice.
He should have made a killing during COVID!! But I wouldn’t be interested in having a loved one in rock form. ⚰️
I think they should charge based on weight, especially for pets. Some dogs are tiny or smaller than cats. Just a thought.
Yeah, I think that would open it up to a lot of people who might otherwise pass on the one size fits all price. I appreciate you Jenny!
They charge $2,500 now.
Nobody watches your commentary
I appreciate you watching and commenting @Whatsadog! This is a business education channel.
Hi Joe could you do a video reacting/reviewing wind catcher on sharktank?
I can add it to my request list! I appreciate you Sevante!
@Joe Pardo Thank you Joe! have been binge watching your videos recently. Keep up the good work <3
Thank you so much Sevante! Happy to have you in the Super Community! 🙂
I’m sorry to hear you’re not feeling well but grateful that you still put out the new video’s as I have been checking your page for them. I feel a bit selfish for this… so please be sure to take care of yourself and return to your exercise routine. Take care!
I appreciate you J Gales! Don’t feel bad, I love to be able to do these videos and share my passion for learning and business with the world! I’m working on it, while I didn’t get a whole lot of sleep last night thanks to Dom waking up at 3 am and me not falling back to sleep I did get out at 5:30 AM for 5 miles of run/walking. 🙂
You gave a very positive response to the stones idea! I thought afterwards, that if you move home, you can take them with you.
gotta love billionaires killing small businesses LOL
@fireflychick1984 well with the help of two sharks i think dat business will be fine ….
This has been a light to me and my family. They are excited by this. Thank you.
Take comfort in knowing a funeral director chuckled at your pun lol
I’m a funeral director at a funeral home in Midwest US (and yes – a corporate funeral home, but it’s much better than working at the independent funeral homes i’ve worked at). We were told about this guy going on Shark Tank and an expected change in price when his appearance was made. It’s definitely disappointing to hear the cost of this process went up almost 2.5x the amount they were originally asking for.
Most funeral directors are all about giving people as many options as possible to help them find the right route for them and the shift in cost is definitely going to make this great idea much more inaccessible, especially considering you can do so much with cremated remains. There are companies that turn cremated remains into record albums, tree fertilizer, fireworks, shotgun shells, glass sculptures… hell, you can shoot some of your cremated remains into space if you want. And most of these try and make their product worth it for the consumer. Great to see my line of work represented in a realistic way, but also sucks for the people who saw it and are now interested but also now can’t afford it.
To me, speaking from a business perspective, raising prices on cremation products doesn’t make much sense. The majority of people who are choosing cremation are doing it either for cost effectiveness or environmental friendliness. The people who are interested in giving back to nature are usually going to ask to be used in Green products like tree-growing urns. Or just scattered/planted in a garden. Those are both much less expensive than getting even just a couple of these stones now.
It’s sort of the same with the Eterneva diamonds that one of them mentioned. I can’t tell you the last time i sold one of those. They’re just too expensive.
So can we talk about how plain these stones are? This isn’t even a stone that a penguin would give another penguin
