Hi, Super Joe. Mr. Wonderful’s equity offer is not identical to Wicked Good cupcakes. This is mainly because Wicked Good did the vast majority of its business online and direct to consumer with no middleman or distributor. The offer he’s making to Zach and Zoe is equity off the top, so that will inhibit the company cash flow because so much more is incurred in distributor costs, including the 13% additional cost of Mr. Wonderful’s perpetual royalty. Based on $1 million in annual sales he’d be getting that royalty for three years or so. That is assuming no “poo poo happens”. Mark said that Barbara’s deal was better. She has done very well with her restaurant chains ( Cousin’s, Tom & Chee, Press Waffles), and products like Pipcorn and her Pork BBQ sauces. Barbara can help with the labeling because right now it’s too plain, as well of course with the marketing. Plus she’s in for the long hall. Their company can’t support Kevin’s equity deal with their lower prices they give retailers. When they went in the hallway Zach said “Barbara” and I think Zoe scowled when she was asked about Kevin. Regarding the Wicked Good acquisition I can only surmise that when that deal was made that Kevin played a major part in negotiating a good offer to Tracy and her mom. So he “wet his beak” so to speak. Those two kids are really bright. It would be great if you could get an interview. Thank you, Super Joe.

So, on my older pitches I do check out the website and social and if they are out of business I try to find a story explaining what happened. Finding financial information is usually not available. I do invite all Shark Tank entrepreneurs to come on my show to talk about their experience and that is a great way to talk financials.

interesting enough, i have allergy and do regularly consume just a tea spoon of honey dadily and it works.. the trick for me is that it need to be local honey from where i live.

The company actually sks.. Check the reviews, which I should’ve done, before purchasing. At the end of it all it becomes more about the money, and less for the honey.
