So a few weeks ago I was trying to find the end of the Shark Tank deals to what ABC had posted on YouTube because all they would do was put the initial pitch and then not have the end, so I would never know if the deal was made or not. I ended up finding your channel and I have been watching ever since. I like when you have Tim Gilette and Larry Roberts for discourse. I watched your interview with Dino Dan and thought those stadium parking lot pop up dino drive thru’s was his company and through your discussion with him found out it wasn’t so it was really informative. This Jersey Gurl is a fan and a Subscriber keep up the good work!
I’m so happy you found the channel!! Welcome to the Super Community! I appreciate you watching! So glad you are finding the information, pitches and interviews helpful! I made a video a few weeks back explaining why I stopped having guest Biz coaches on (for the time being). My hope is to get the channel big enough to be able to bring them back on and still have the videos soar. 🙂
As a Jersey Boy I’m happy to see you represent!! 🙂
11:04 I’ve never seen Robert so harsh (in my opinion) at that point. That woman is a top-notch salesperson
Yeah he definitely seems to be (finally) finding a balance between his goofiness and taking himself serious. I appreciate you watching and commenting!

I disagree, a top notch salesperson would have never kept negotiating for 2.5% after the best investor you’ll ever find already told you it was his final offer twice and take it or leave it.
I’m proud of him for sticking to his guts and not surround himself by someone apparently unreliable even though all that was pocket change for him.
I thought he was weaker than that, good surprise imo.
Sabrina is going to kill it, from an investment standpoint I’m shock none of the sharks wanted to invest because Sabrina sales were healthy and plus Sabrina seem like an entrepreneur who knew what she was doing.
She absolutely does seem to know what she is doing! I hope she reaches out here to do an interview. As always, I appreciate you watching and commenting Hungry Refrigerator!

Thank you David!! I’ve been creating content/websites since I was 10 years old. It’s in my blood to create things and bring people together. I have big plans for the channel going forward, it’s all about gaining the time to be able to do so. But as the channel grows it makes it more and more easier to dedicate more and more time to it. 🙂 As always, I appreciate you watching and commenting!!

I think she was playing over smart and lost the deal
On second thought maybe she knowingly didn’t want any investment because she already has a million at 6 million valuation and she just wanted publicity because going below the 6 million valuation might make other investors very angry.
Possibly, especially if it wasn’t a strategic investor. I appreciate you watching and commenting Raj!
She was so switched on that she forgot to pause and take this in. She should have taken the deal. Too bad.
She definitely was on, and I think there is a great lesson here to your point about relaxing and taking in the moment. I don’t know that Robert would’ve made enough of a difference for her.
She didn’t do anything wrong negotiating with Robert ’cause what she probably wanted was a business partner who will help her make creative decisions and take the brand forward. I can understand if it was Lori or Mark, they have invested in this space, have the knowledge and resources to back her up. Robert is just another investor in comparison and if all she wants is to raise capital, she can get much better deals outside, it’s even better now ’cause she has the Shark Tank exposure.
IMO she wasnt “wrong” but as the title of this commentary says- she read the wrong room. I dont blame Rob, these type of instinctive reactions can foreshadow what a business relationship will look like and he didnt like the vision he saw after her counter
Well, there is a difference between emotions and valuing someone and their work. But yes, in general going with your emotions will create a losing scenario more often than not.
@Super Joe Pardo i guess that’s why Robert ultimately backed out as well. He just wasn’t fully invested in it. And she also proved Mark’s point in the end about not being able to read the room. Robert already said he’s willing but he won’t negotiate but she still tried to. I feel kind of bad for her. But hey, I wish all the success!

That was petty of Robert. She did what nearly every business owner does when its not the original deal they had in mind; make a counteroffer. He has every right not to budge on the deal, but to completely back out after making an offer is sooo jarring. He took it personally; and it wasn’t about him. Much success to her. I hope she bounces back stronger than ever.
Nah not really. She was in no position to negotiate. Everyone was already out and Robert came back in because he beloved in her and did not want her leaving the tank without a deal. Right off the bat she started with comment on her evaluation and he said I’m not negotiating with u… then after hearing that she still said 12.5% and again he said no I’m not going to negotiate and he said let’s reset I’m offering u 15% and then there she goes again with 10% and 5% advisor my shares and that’s when Robert saw that she didn’t see the value for him as much as he saw the value and potential in her… her original offer was at 10% and Robert only wanted 5% more ? Like u can’t be greedy when u have no leverage
honestly, to me seemed like just another product using health façade to sell. products like this you buy once for sure to try but nope after that. Good luck to her though.
I understand what y’all saying about Sabrina not getting the deal but to be fair Robert was considerate to come back in and give her her a decent deal. Now, she did had a right to counter but the thing is, when Robert turned down the first counter, she should’ve said, fine and taken his offer cause that was an opportunity, that doesn’t come through very often. She played around a lil’ bit and Robert was agitated about it, bottom line.
I think it was just weird all around. She didn’t need him and it felt like she was negotiating just for the sake for it, it feels unethical and greedy that he wants to get money for something he doesn’t care for. How can he help her if he doesn’t like her products or be willing to give her advice?
@Nikhil Cruz He said he believed in HER.

Pretty and great woman; BUT stupid not taking the deal from Robert.
Well, the video is sped up just a hair. But I’m sure she will or has already gotten a partner (if she really wants one) that will be of greater value in the food industry.
Not , fair to say she was stupid

Basically rude and arrogant comment to Kevin, which was a red flag to Mark.
She does not need a shark there are literally restaurants that advertise they will put you in a hospital.
—I think that they are not the target but I would support it because I was actually looking into a way of getting vitamins in a more natural and healthy way. I also eat at least one dessert today so this would probably be a weekly thing for me but I know I’m getting vitamins in.
She is going to crush it. I honestly think that some older people disrespect millennials and away that I don’t understand. They need to realize that the millennials are the product of their generation. So for them not understand us is an indictment upon them.
I’m more disappointed in the sharks and I am in her, honestly.
The shares are given instead of paying cash for consulting (advisory) services. This is done so it doesn’t change the valuation of the company. It can be a bit of a smoke and mirrors thing as it increases the likeliness of new investors wanting to come in and help with the business without changing the valuation the founding stakeholders paid for the business.
I know the culture and she was being pushy and aggressive. She didn’t read the room well . Lesson learned she will grow from it

Yea pretty arrogant I’m not saying you have grovel to them to get a deal but when you up there you have to kinda of cater to them a little to get the deal
Too young I’m probably younger than her and more mature if you in there needing a investor like she said i would have taken Robert deal quick she was to childish to me a little and she good a business women tho and Robert got his feelings hurt when you go into shark tank you should already to expect fo give up 15 to 25% of the business as soon as you start to talk
I think there’s a difference here where we’ve seen entrepreneurs counter… the sharks don’t accept the counter, and go out. That’s a normal outcome. Another version of this is when the entrepreneur counters, the shark refuses the counter, and the entrepreneur refuses to take the deal, so the entrepreneur walks out. This was a case where the entrepreneur countered, the shark refused the counter. The entrepreneur then said: “Okay-! I’ll do it!” and then the Shark turned around and said: “No. Now I don’t want to.”
The reason this is so different is that the shark basically takes the deal they had extended off the table when the entrepreneur was going to accept that deal in the face of their counters being refused.
There have been multiple pitches where the dragon (or shark) makes an offer… the entrepreneur counters, the dragon/shark proceeds to say: “no, my offer is take it or leave it” and then the entrepreneur relents and takes the deal. That would have been the ‘natural’ way for this to play out. Instead, there was something punitive about taking his deal off the table after she accepted it because she had the audacity to counter twice in the first place.
In fairness to Robert however, he DID say to her right away: “I’m not going to negotiate with you.” And she gave him this smile, this grin, almost as if she was saying: “We’ll see about that.” In Robert’s defense, it felt like she seemed to think she ‘needed’ to counter, even for small amounts, just to go through the motions of attempting a negotiation. He outright said he wouldn’t negotiate, she pushed, testing him, her negotiation counters were fairly small in the grand scheme of things, and even the way she said: “Fine, I’ll do it!” at the end showed she was really just countering ‘to counter’. She didn’t expect him to take less than he asked for, and she was ready to give it to him. She just didn’t expect that he’d take his offer away because she went through those motions.
Look, I’m looking forward to Sabina’s business
Me too!! I appreciate you watching and commenting!
Not gonna lie, I do agree with Robert being petty on this one. He could’ve just reiterated that he doesn’t appreciate negotations but not gone out… he seems to be getting Barbara vibes lol…

If Robert dipped out immediately like that, I don’t think he was ever being serious with her project
He stated when he came back in that it was an investment in her and he wasn’t going to negotiate. I appreciate you watching and commenting Bemi!
Mark has really been getting on my nerves this season, and this episode just solidified his arrogance for me. She’s pitching her business, and what she said is true, they aren’t her target demographic. She had healthy sales, a good tasting product, added health benefits, and a growing brand. If you don’t want to invest fine that’s one thing, but to turn around and effectively say “oh you didn’t make me feel good” like ??? You literally invested in a toilet timer after saying the bathroom was your place of peace. I say just change out the sharks at this point.
I agree 100% the sharks made this about them like they wanted her to bow down and kiss their asses!!! This was a great pitch to me and very successful business they ALL were stupid to not invest. I wish I had the money to invest lol
Yeah what about Robert? “I’m not a big sweets guy” ok well good thing I’m offering an investment opportunity not a promo code! He’s supposed to be a businessman, that was so unprofessional and then to act crazy about the negotiations seems rude to me.
@Farhanah Ali I appreciate you watching and commenting! I agree she definitely should’ve gotten a deal. Though I’m not sure what was cut out of their original exchange that didn’t air. I tend to think there is more to the story.
Mark Cuban was so spot on. She was too full of herself and did not pay attention to others’ reactions to her. It’s like she was laser focused on herself and ironic that she was trying to get them to invest in her and her business. Tone deaf was the perfect eval for this young lady.
lol yeah seems like they are a little too concerned about the optics of desserting. I appreciate you watching and commenting!
I think people invest based on personal emotions a lot actually. Some call it gut feeling and then there could just be a situation like with this woman who agreeing with Mark didn’t read the room correctly. I think when Robert said he would not negotiate and she attempted to anyway he felt disrespected. She read him wrong unfortunately. Maybe any other shark would not have been offended, but I’ve seen Robert react this way before. Her comment to Mr. Wonderful though was just dumb. If you’re asking people to give you money, being respectful is a given.
I think Robert acted a bit offended and backed out as a child would talking his ball home. I’m not sure how much editing there was but she appeared to only make one counter offer and then agreed to his proposal. He is right one one thing -she doesn’t need his money
She gave two counter offers and he was the last shark. If he’s the only person willing to invest and gave a second chance, you take it
It’s a super good product! She also collabs with influencers which is how I first found the product- she’s so smart she will be totally fine without them & just the exposure alone off the show I’m sure boosted her brand! The diet culture shit is turning in our country & people are sick of it- the sharks are a bit in the old mindset there with that- millennials and gen z don’t wanna hear the calorie shit anymore just look at that Crumbl cookie company form tik tok it’s exploded in less than a year & isn’t “healthy” in the slightest
I’m so happy to hear that the product is good! I definitely think it is weird that they weren’t interested due to it not being a diet product. I appreciate you watching and commenting Rachel!

Why does she even need a shark/investor when her business is already so successful bringing in $630,000????? I’m still very new to learning about this stuff lol
More money and mentorship would allow you to be able to expand faster and afford higher risks
Think about it. She’s probably on here for promo.
Getting an investment from a shark enables her to shortcut challenges she hasn’t run into yet. As they say “what got you here will not get you there”.
Money definitely can help many situations but the goal is to make money grow. And costly mistakes become more costly the bigger you are.
I’ve been there, where we’ve made multi million dollar mistakes that set back our truck parts company over 2 years. The deal sounded great and the money in inventory that was lifted felt nice out of the gate. But ultimately switching vendors was a huge costly mistake. A shark (or a coach, or investor) that has been there before in those scenarios can help safe guard against what made those mistakes so costly.
I hope that helps Khloé, I appreciate you watching and commenting. Welcome to the Super Community!

She wasn’t rude at all in stating that the target audience for this is younger. And she did not say that in a belittling way c’mon. I know when entrepreneurs can be making unintentionally condescending remarks to the sharks on occasion, but this wasn’t one of that. Mark completely read that wrong. She was just explaining an aspect of her business in relation to the reason that Kevin was going out. I felt bad for her for getting called out on that. I have no idea why Mark felt so touchy about that considering everyone including they themselves run Kevin all the time. Having said that, I think Robert was right in the end when he said he needed her more than she needed him it seemed. But yeah wish the deal would have gotten through.
don’t forget there are a lot of things left out of the edit during the pitch and negotiations. Mark maybe was feeling touchy feely but in i think in the end mark was right as robert gave her a second chance and said no negotiations while she tried to negotiate 3 times. I do think robert can be bi polar at times and it’s very hard to read him as he gets offended fast but i believe there is much more that didn’t make the cut that explains everything

As someone who loves eating healthy, I personally would never buy this. Because it’s. not. healthy. It’s loaded with sugar. Some might say, “oh it’s mostly coconut sugar which is healthy”. Coconut sugar is 70-79% sucrose, which is not healthy at all. You can’t add some superfoods to junk food and call it “healthy”. It’s still going to negatively impact your health. But honestly, the average consumer is highly uneducated so I can see this business taking off. This isn’t a healthy product, but it is a slightly healthier counterpart. And it’s more practical and effective to take supplements separately than in this cookie dough.
I thinks it’s mostly for vegan/vegetarians looking to indulge. It’s like how beyond beef is offered at a bunch of fast food chains.

Robert came in to give her a final life line and she still negotiated, not once but twice. His first offer was a fair valuation. Now a week later after Sabeena gets negative comments on social media she is putting her failure to get a deal on the Sharks. She is saying that they are misogynistic towards young attractive women. Super Joe, it would be terrific if you could book her to discuss this and her business. Thank you for your videos.

Negotiations 101, the moment one counters, the previous offer is rejected and no longer available to accept. That is why Robert was very specific in his word ‘reset’ and offered his original investment, which she rejected again with her counter. That is why he said he was out. She blew it.
That’s is not necessarily true. You can counter offer and it’s up to the other party to reject and leave initial offer on table . Her demise was renegotiating after he rejected and said I’m not negotiating let’s recap.

I actually don’t think Robert or Mark were harsh. I will be meditating on Mark’s comment regarding reading the room for a while. Spot on.
Yeah, I still think there is a lot we didn’t get to see. I wish she would reach out for an interview. I appreciate you watching and commenting Squad!
what did mark mean by read the room?
So. This is what happens when you more focus on racing capital than the product.
How is she doing now? Love the confidence but not sure if she has the ability to back that up.
Her tik tok is pretty popular! I think she’s pretty successful now
Had no idea she was on Shark Tank! I’m so excited to try her cosmic brownie flavor! I just ordered 3 thanks to an ad on IG haha. She seems like a strong business woman. I respect that!
I just watched this episode, this girl rocks! I wish her all the best in her business. Joe Pardo, we share the same name Pardo. greetings from NY, Could be related in some way lol.
She absolutely does, I would love to chat with her about her Shark Tank experience and business.
Greetings from Philly/NJ! Maybe, but our last name was changed a few generations back from Pardi. So weird, that the school decided to make the name change and everyone just rolled with it. lol
That has one name: Greed.
Is this lady intentionally butchering the French language? This is not how you pronounce “deux”.
Probably wanted to pronounce it like “dough.’
she said why she named it because deux means 2 in french and you can eat it 2 ways raw or cook it and make a cookie it’s meant to be like that !
Hey Joe, wish you could make the video bigger from shark tank and maybe make yourself a little bit smaller like how you minimize shark tank when you say something. Just saying
Would love to if the Youtube Copyright Bot wasn’t so picky. I appreciate you watching and commenting!
She totally messed that up for herself. I really don’t like Robert but she did it to herself for real.
I understand both parties equally. While she should have read the room better, which is the same as reading people. If the majority is not interested in the product, the seller should go with the one who is, no questions asked This is akin to a job interview calling her where she ask how much I get paid, which she says is enough, but she needs the job. Get yourself through the door, learn the job there you can do whatever you want later. If more judges were interested in her product, she could have negotiate all she wanted. It is good she knows her worth in her product. I wish the guy could have gave her one more chance after she counter 2xs, but understand why he refused to. I wish her the utmost success in her future endeavors. God Bless.
Rohan Oza would have invested, had he been on the show!!
I appreciate you watching and commenting. He definitely would’ve been a good candidate!
Sometimes, people who have a lot of natural presence forget to give other people their space and see things from their perspective. Lesson learned, moving on.
Not everything has to be completely this or that. This might be high in calories but will surely have its audience, who like to feed their soul and body at the same time.
With all her intelligence, yet she did not “read the room”. Mark gave her great advice about reading the room, and Robert gave her multiple chances along with great advice, yet she kept declining Robert and playing the field. She should have accepted Roberts offer big time.
The sharks needs to be less sensitive. You negotiate with any business and she countered which was so fair. It’s not her fault that it affected his tiny little ego.
Should of , could of , would of, . She went with her gut.
Understandable, but a bit harsh
I think Mark Cuban is prejudiced against Indian origin entrepreuners
I think they didnt like how she came off
Definitely not a great a look even if it’s true.
It must be working for them because they are sharks!
Welp, she’s actually doing very very well despite not having a deal.
nope shes not. its crap product . also she still single so no amount of money will make her desirable to men.
@@Jessica7318 I think she took his deal for granted and did not read his cues that he won’t go any lower. Just off her facial expression and how she reacted, she may have misread the cue
Read the room homies, read the room.
I mean she’s right. Kevin really isn’t the target audience for her product. A good business mind always knows their audience and so does she. Stop picking on straws just to hate on her.
Robert has the hots for her. He doesn’t know anything about her business.
this girl pissed me off, she really lost out on a deal over 2.5% of the company
She didn’t say that? He said he wouldn’t eat it and she said he isn’t the target audience. That’s not saying she doesn’t want him as an investor, that’s saying he’s not the key demo for the product. The sharks are so sensitive
The sharks were spot on. You might be the “most accomplished” person in the world. But you are not there and not accomplished if you do not have the right attitude and gratitude.
He sense of entitlement was so conspicuously amplified when she did not even acknowledge the shark piling heaps of praise on her!
I certainly wouldn’t bet on her. Gratitude and attitude matters most. There is clearly a lack of needed emotional intelligence here!
Its like icecream flavors but in cookies –
Definitely a good description of it. I appreciate you watching and commenting!
I think the sharks get kind of arrogant and snobby. Need to relate to the younger generation. I wish her the best on her journey and they forgot all about the health benefits of the product. She’ll do fine.
Both Mr Wonderful and I felt so elated when this broad lost the deal. She’s penny pinchingly cheap – from lessons she learned at the knee of her mother and father. I like her as much as I enjoy the Pardo Show.
