Yep exactly the reason why she started with such a high valuation – part of the plan to not get any offers. To her disappointment, she happened to get some, had to make lame excuses 😀
I am also sure she had hardly any sales, so she knew she was gonna get caught if she makes a deal.

just looked up the company… funny its worth 20M net today, meanwhile this episode aired years ago and she asked for same evaluation then… i wouldve taken kevins deal she probably wouldve been worth double that today
