Hey Joe, Reading & watching Mr. Wonderful’s videos about how he’s open to financial tech deals about Crypto & how he has become a
U.A.E citizen to start businesses in U.A.E. I feel he will be less focussed on Clothing & Toy deals and more Financial deals unless it’s really good.
The designs are nice but they are basically just using super cheap spandex metallic fabric to make these dresses. Fabric like that is everywhere in China and is really basic. That is why the cost is so low and their customer acquisition costs are so high.
As a bridesmaid you need to look basic anyway. You cannot upstage the bride. I think the dresses are pretty even to use for other occasions
@M M Not quite. Bridesmaid usually are dressed not to outshine the bride and match the wedding theme – people look for something modest but high quality. This fabric is basic in another sense of the word, its like something you can get on Shein which is not great for wedding because its just not high quality.
Their main selling point is that it looks like satin but its not – claiming that satin can’t be stretchy. This claim is all over the place. Satin is a type of fabric weave, meaning that there are quite a few different types of satin made with different materials and blends (some high quality and some are not). Originally satin was made of pure silk which is why people often think satin and silk are the same thing – it’s not.
Being a type of fabric wave, satin can be easily made to be stretchy, it’s not a novelty. In fact it is largely used.
I don’t think it’s about looking good or not. They might look good on tv with all this nice lightning but in person it’s a complete different story – we can’t really know for sure. Moreover they are making an unsubstantiated claim and betting their growth factor on something that is simply not true.
