What about walkers that aren’t near a garbage, might have 4 to 7 dogs at a time and typically throw in backpack or pocket until passing a garbage…it’s not tied…yikes.
Why are the biodegradable bags are a problem? They breakdown FAST. I had one in my pocket for a few months and it crumbled in to dust. Also with the bags, you can put them in the compost.
