When you are asked to leave your baby | PureAyre
I react and give my advice to the business of PureAyre.
In the tank, you have to be prepared for anything, including the possibility that you could be offered to have your company bought out and have you removed from it. This guy was not prepared for the offer that was put on the table. He clearly was not prepared to walk away from his baby.

Best product by far. Bully shark tank investors were foolish
I need to get some now that we have a puppy here at the house. I appreciate you watching and commenting Charles!
Lol you will never make it in business. You guys need to educate yourselves about how ruthless business is especially with that amount of money. He clearly made all the wrong decisions, why would they give that much money to someone who’s fucked up constantly
Exactly. Everybody on here saying the Sharks are just being assholes is very narrow minded. The dude was naive and weak and got fucked over cause he’s a poor manager. FACTS DON’T CARE ABOUT FEELINGS
What is the season & episode for this ?
Season 2 Episode 3. I appreciate you watching and commenting Bentley!
This is the first time I’ve seen this entire segment in its entirety. I had seen the last few minutes only, the couple times it was on. I don’t believe before or since that the Sharks have grouped up to ever be do cruel as they were here. I had heard that ABC had actually taken this segment off its website it was so shameful. But the guy is doing well with the product now so it turned out well in the end. Just hard to watch that one. CNBC is airing this Season 2 episode 3 show this afternoon 2 PM. No Lori on the panel till Season 3, and Mark guest starred in some Season 2 episodes, just not this one. Thank you for your comments, Super Joe. I look forward to them.
This is a great product. I have used other products for pet odor eliminator’s, and they can’t even come close to pure Ayre
Bro cry about it
They treated him too harshly.
I tend to think so too.
I mean he’s asking for 150k for only 10% and has made terrible decisions up to that point. That’s business, it’s ruthless.
@@Jodyjo99 And yet they insulted him by trying to buy him out with a worthless royalty that can be invalidated by selling the product to another company and closing the company.
@@LethalByChoicewho cares?
There was something unspoken about this entrepreneur; as it was he seemed close to crying. Of course, the Tank were really rude to him. If they weren’t interested, that was cool. But they didn’t have to absolutely eviscerate him.

You’re too soft for business then. People are ruthless in the business world especially when it comes to that amount of money.
That’s business buddy
Leave the video full screen PLEASE
I appreciate you watching and commenting Maximus! Can’t do it thanks to the YouTube copyright bot.
Food grade is important because consumers need to know that it will not harm their pets and children
Definitely agree. I appreciate you watching and commenting Margaret!
It’s too bad he made all of this and he still gets kicked out of his own business years later but with no royalty at all
Their licensing deal isnt as lucrative as it seems because the royalty would have to be shared amongst him and the other investors.
I know this is a real life but the way they want to fire him straight away after sign up the check is kinda too much for me. It’s like they don’t want to give him a chance to learn from his mistake. Maybe there are personal reasons that the guy can’t talk to big division right away.
Definitely was one of the harshest moments in Tank History. I appreciate you watching and commenting Kacang Hijau!
I think this segment is a perfect example of how an awesome product can be ruined by bad management. Before dive deep into the company, on the surface the product sounds great. But as an investor, you are not just investing in the product, but the people running the company, which is just as important
But he was able to turn the company around Pure Ayre Odor
Now does around $5 million dollars a year so just because he had bad experience on Shark Tank doesn’t mean he doesn’t know what he’s doing
@@BrandonTharphorrortownusa 5 million is decent, but it’s not all that.
The sharks were a little too harsh on this guy. I felt bad for him.
This guy is an absolute idiot. Hes already proved hes incompetent. I would’ve asked for a 10% royalty and walked away.
The Sharks gave him a deal of a lifetime and he turned it down. What a dumbass
This product is gold. I will repurchase again and again.
I appreciate you. This is a business education channel.
Is This Product What Became The Currently Advertised Product Called Pooph? Certainly Sounds Like It Based On Both Mitchells Description And The Pooph Commercials Description.
Mitchell was dealing from a position of weakness but he couldn’t see that. the company was failing because of Mitchell and his decisions.
Coca cola dont patent their cola ingredients too. Because they dont want their competitors copy cola cola
Coke was invented in 1888. There’s no need for a patent. Their company is as established AF!
The equity offer sounds like a scam.
7% equity forever for THIS product. Launch a new product under the same license under the same company and you get rid of that equity immediately.
If that is edgy, sell the licence to a different company of yours
“You’re like a clam we’ve been prying open” 06:34 Can anybody explain what this analogy means?
Basically its hard to get the info out of him, he keeps trying to dodge the question or give some big explanation to a simple “yes or no” question
It’s a shame this pitch isnt on youtube on its own, would be nice not to have to skip past this clown
I appreciate you James.
ironic seeing you people hide behind a device and criticize people while the “clown” (james) actually invented something useful for the world
criticizing people for their marketing but not actually giving a care to the potential of the invention is a next level mistake
@@huhhhhhh5225 pretty sure he’s calling the person doing the video (Joe Pardo) the clown. still unnecessary and rude, but whatever.

Potassium Sorbate
I don’t want to see your face
I appreciate you Harsaaz.
Then why are you watching his channel?
How does he even have the ability to sell 100% if he + his angel only own 57%. Also wasn’t mentioned but seems like this product could be very popular for pet owners if it’s safe even for humans?
Doing very well now.
@@bekay3383 is it really? Never heard of it before now but good for him
I appreciate you Shrey. This is a business education channel.
I think he would have taken the deal if they were not so rude to him.
Pretty much
This guy took the worst beating ever on Shark Tank but at the end of the day he was smart not to give away his company he now pulls in over $5 million a year so he does know what he’s doing.
Not showing your big face on screen, then you have more people subscrib
I appreciate you นรัตน์. This is a business education channel.
There is a lot to learn from here.
Absolutely. I appreciate you Voidragon!
Why is your image bigger than the Shark Tank itself, dude….nobody wants to watch this!!!
I appreciate you Frank. This was due to copyright, and this was one of the earliest videos I did. Newer videos have a much different approach.
Why are you being rude for no reason? It’s not tough
I saw just a clip of the sharks being crushing this guy apart and didn’t understood why. Guy have a remarkable product but his negotiation and management skills are awfull, and probably got rip off by the CEO he had and couldn’t notice. Part of bussiness is know when u don’t know what are u doing and ask for help. Myself would told Mr Wonderful: Make it 300k and give me 10% revenue on sells for 25 years with a patent on my name and i’ll give u 100%
dude shut up i want to watch the episode without your commentary,,
I appreciate you Sabisk. This is a business education channel.
Not if they sell the product to other company and close this one down. Than 7% of nothing for life is nothing.
Original video ??
Shark Tank, Season 2, Episode 3
The thing is even if he ain’t a good pitcher, he did put work into his product.
He may have put in the work but he doesn’t have the balls to take it to the next level. The sharks were ruthless with him and he folded calling his wife when it got sticky was the biggest red flag apart from not giving the sharks a straight answer in the beginning. The sharks knew where this company was going a $225,000 check with %7 royalties every month for the rest of his life is a sweet deal
Let’s not forget that he could counter. They’d probably do it for 300k if he asked for it. Bro just left and cried about it
Is this your first time watching Shark Tank? They were NOT interested in going higher than 150k.
@@LethalByChoiceRobert literally made it 225k. You didn’t even watch the clip
The 7% royalty can be bypassed in many ways. If they sell the product to another company and close it down, that royalty is no longer valid.
99% of the time on Shark Tank, the royalty is completely worthless. The sharks were insulting him by trying to offer him only 150k for 7% royalty. Any competent entrepaneur would laugh at them as they walk out of the room.
I advise you to increase the screen size. An
d don’t listen to the rude people.
I appreciate you Rehan. This video was one I shot very early on when wrangling with Youtube Copyright System. Newer videos have a much different layout. Have a great weekend!
